房间看得出旧的痕迹，但是鹤雅就是鹤雅，到了门口就感觉到高级，车开进来，就有服务员追过来帮忙拿行李，进门后帮我们擦轮子，送行李到房间，来的是一个小女生，行李好重我都不好意思了，大厅不大，他们总会在大厅升起爐火，我们可以要来免费的棉花糖烤着吃，大厅还有免费的竖琴演奏，高级。。房间是两张120床加一个榻榻米区还有一张按摩椅，不大，但是刚好足够，楼下的温泉当然是重头戏，户外两池，一池有顶可以挡雪，一池是石头砌的，在雪地里赏雪赏景，身体泡在热热的泉水里，高级。。早晚餐都是自助餐，没有会席料理能选，小小遗憾，还好自助餐提供的食物，精美又多样，总之，这是一个很满意的温泉之旅。

The environment and the decoration are excellent. We have decent buffet in Mauri restaurant, how do you recommend to try the seafood scallop, pizza and the steak from Hokkaido. The Onsen (hot spring) provide a relaxing environment, prefect temperature, clean and tidy place. The room is not very big, but very user friendly. We stay in a Mix Japanese style room

Room is spacious though facilities in room is just up to standard. Other than the room all other facilities and decorations in hotel are all great, especially food in buffer dinner and breakfast. Excellent taste and presentation.

A very cozy and comfortable hotel. Dinner included was in buffet style, however, it was delicious with both Japanese and western style.

This onsen hotel is a bit dated, but all facilities are clean. Room was bigger than other rooms from cities. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice onsen hotel. the room we stayed was a bit dated. Buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent. There is toasted marshmallow and live harp performance in the evening.
