My absolute favorite hotel to stay at in Bangkok. Everyone from bellboy, receptionists, housekeeping, room service, restaurant/pool bar staff are so nice and smiley, I can tell the management train them well on how to handle guests. The pool area, the Bangkok Heightz, the Medinii/breakfast restaurant and the room are all superb! Only thing they need to improve is their elevator. It took a bit long to wait for the lift especially during breakfast time. I would totally stay here again! And I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Elevator is really bad, just 2 for the whole hotel, very slow, dosnt work properly sometimes and they play the same 4 short videos with the same annyoing music all time. It drives you crazy if you need to use the elevator often. Room doors are very bad because you can hear on the floor and neighbour room too much.

Great place, but it actually smaller than the photo.

โลเคชั่นดีมากๆ ติดแยกอโศก เดินเพียง 5 นาทีจากรถไฟฟ้า อาหารเช้าอร่อย ห้องพักเล็กไปหน่อยแต่ build-in ครบครัน และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบมากๆ รวมถึงเตารีดด้วย

房间很干净，但是相当小。墙壁不隔音。隔壁房间和楼上的房间都有噪音。地理位置非常好，出行方便，靠近 BTS 和 MRT

Saya book continent room with sky benefit. As expected kamarnya ga terlalu besar tapi kamar mandinya oke punya. Shower dan bath tub nya kepisah dan view dari bath tubnya keren. Sarapan nya juga quite good dan kalau pesen dengan sky benefit ada space khususnya jadi ga perlu cari2 kursi kosong. view nya juga bagus.. Minusnya itu: 1. Sky benefit itu come up dengan complimentary drink (water, juice, soft drink dan selected alcohol) yang katnya replenished daily tapi ga jelas karena tag nya beda 2. Ada snack kadaluarsa di minibar! udah put note buat housekeepingnya biar diganti karena bahaya, tapi kayanya dia ga ngerti inggris jadi dibiarin gt aja notenya.. Selebihnya ok walaupun sedikit pricy

Puas. Proses check in cepat dengan deposit 1000 baht. Kamar sesuai gambar dan ekspektasi. View dari kasur juga bagus. Letak hotel bagus karena dekat ke bts dan mrt. Untuk sarapan rasanya enak tapi pilihannya kurang banyak untuk hotel bintang lima. Kolam renang standar lah. Staff ramah semuanya
