因為今次只是純粹過境才停留這裡，從其他人評語中說離火車站約5分鐘路程，所以才訂這家，結果正確是超過15分鐘，不過還可以接受，酒店房間不錯，頗舒適，附近就有旅遊景點及有食店，十分方便！

Staying at the Beyfin Hotel in Cluj-Napoca was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Located right in Unirii Square, the hotel offers not only convenience but also some of the most spectacular views of the city, including the iconic St. Michael’s Church. The rooms are elegantly designed—modern yet warmly welcoming, with excellent attention to detail. Comfort is clearly a priority here: from the luxurious bedding to the spotless bathrooms, everything felt refined and of the highest quality. What truly sets Beyfin apart is the rooftop terrace and restaurant. Enjoying a coffee or dinner while overlooking the heart of Cluj is a memory in itself. The food is beautifully presented and delicious, showcasing both international flavors and Romanian specialties. Equally impressive is the professionalism of the staff. Every member of the team was attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to make the stay unforgettable. Whether it was help with directions, recommendations, or just a friendly smile, they went above and beyond. In short, Beyfin Hotel offers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and authentic hospitality. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s an experience that elevates any visit to Cluj. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone, whether visiting for business, leisure, or a special occasion.

Konum çok güzeldi, oda çok güzeldi, kahvaltı yeterli düzeydeydi. Sadece otopark sorunlu, az sayıda araç alınabiliyor, önceden rezervasyon yapılmalı.

We had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The room was cleaned well everyday and the staff were amazing and attentive! The location was perfect, things were within walking distance which was very handy!

Hotel Beyfin, Cluj-Napoca - Not a True 4-Star Experience We stayed at Hotel Beyfin for one night the day after Christmas, and while its central location by Avram Iancu Plaza is excellent, I couldn’t imagine staying here for longer. Pros: • Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Cluj-Napoca, making it easy to explore the city. My executive room offered a nice view of the plaza, which was a highlight. Cons: • Facilities: The hotel is in serious need of repairs. There was an active leak above the shower in the bathroom, and the fittings throughout the room felt outdated and worn—definitely not reflective of a 4-star standard. • Service: Despite being eligible for an upgrade, the staff refused to offer one, even mentioning they had superior rooms available and that the hotel wasn’t full. The “complimentary bottle of wine” was a miniature, airplane-sized, hardly what one would expect at a supposedly premium property. • Parking: The hotel parking is overpriced, especially when cheaper options like street meters or nearby parking garages are readily available. Cluj-Napoca itself is beautiful, and I look forward to returning to the city. However, I won’t be staying at Hotel Beyfin again. It has potential but needs significant improvements to truly deliver on its promise as a 4-star property.
