Estadia de 5 dias para asistir a una conferencia en el Centro de Convenciones de San José. Hotel moderno, silencioso, todo nuevo, excelente atencion y limpieza. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadia comoda. Desayuno incluido y cerca de vários restaurantes. A 15 minutos a pie del CRCC.

Overall it's good value for the money. The hotel claims to be four star but that's ridiculous. It's more two or three star. The rooms are fine but very basic. The full breakfast is outstanding.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse

We emailed asking for an airport pickup. Admittedly, when I didn’t hear back I should have called but I didn’t. I called on arrival in San Jose. The lady who answered the phone checked the email and said she saw my email request but it was too late so we would need to pay $25 for a shuttle. A taxi was $20. The lady was unapologetic and quite rude she was at the front desk when we arrived. There was a man there as well and he was much nicer. The room was dirty, with a lot of hair and other stuff under the beds. The beds were not completely. It is far from the airport. I would not recommend staying here. There are better options closer to the airport. Marriott should be ashamed to have their name on this property. One positive thing was the lady at the front desk at checkout- she was very kind and helpful.

En la página de Expedia decía que tenían servicio 24 horas del aeropuerto y eso no fue verdad y unos señores se aprovecharon que no teníamos transporte y nos cobraron 40 USD por un recorrido de menos de 5 minutos.

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Clean and air conditioning worked in rooms.However rooms were small as well as the beds. Staff was nice some spoke and understood English. Breakfast was very good. Priced very affordable walking distance for food.
