I love the breakfast

My family of 5 definitely had a nice time at the hotel .I must say Mateo the guy taking the photos was awesome extremely excellent customer service and so welcoming from the day we met him.My family loved him .He was very informative and above all was one of the few people who spoke fluent English. Capturing those photos of us was a great addition.

The staff was very friendly. Your room cards had discrepancies. I hope this has been taken care of.

The staff at the Plaza Paitilla are friendly and helpful. Our room on the 14th floor had a great view of the city skyline and the bay area. There is a walking trail accessible nearby that will allow you to walk as far as you wish. If you plan to stay here, here are some things you should know ahead of time: The property is a little isolated. There aren't any dining options nearby. Although the hotel does serve breakfast, the only option for evening is a sports bar. There's really no place to just enjoy the scenery and have a great cocktail or listen to music. If you want a view of the ocean, this area of the bay only has water at high tide. The rest of the time, it's rocky and muddy.

Vista increíble desde la habitación . Desayuno espectacular con gran variedad de cosas todas muy bien elaboradas . Habitaciones amplias y limpias . Personal amable y con gusto para ayudar .

I loved the fact that there was live entertainment and food at the restaurant at a reasonable price… and the food was awesome!! Drinks were refreshing!!! And the view from the room was amazing !!

This was our second stay in 5 years and we really enjoyed the location and being centrally located to everything in Panama City. Serice is great and the breakfast is good.

El hotel se encuentra en una locación ideal muy cerca de cusco viejo, restaurantes y centro comerciales. El desayuno buffet es muy variado. Las habitaciones muy cómodas.

Excelente servicio y muy bueno el hotel.

No sentí una experiencia VIP.

Una gran opción costo beneficio, sobre todo las habitaciones con vista al Mar. Comodo, gran vista, las instalaciones bien, bien ubicado.

Very nice breakfast and outdoor Eating area. We Loved the large. window In the room with the ability to open The curtains remotely. Very friendly staff. We would highly recommend this property. We give it a five star.
