Tutto molto comodo, a differenza di quello letto in molte recensioni, non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di attesa con l’ascensore, anzi… non abbiamo mai avuto problemi per trovare posto a colazione, non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Tutti gentili, il posto è al centro di tutto, comodo per la metropolitana 34street Herald e anche 34 Penny. Dalla nostra stanza si vedeva l’Empire che è sulla 34street, a 300 metri dall’hotel. Time Square si raggiunge a piedi in 7 minuti. Bryant Park è lì vicino. Macy’s (il centro commerciale più grosso degli USA e uno dei più grandi del mondo) è a 3 minuti. Esperienza stupenda. Vale tutti i soldi che abbiamo speso, meglio 500 dollari in più qui che non nel New Jersey a 800 in meno e poi si spendono di subway contando che la sera non è il top tornare quando si è lontani. Colazione 9 Letto 8 Stanza e pulizia 10 Ascensore 10 sempre Libero negli orari di gente che ha voglia di vedere NY se fate parte dei viaggiatori che si alzano alle 9 e volete l’ascensore libero, beh è l’ora delle pulizie stanze e ci sarà da aspettare, perché viene usato dal personale. Per fortuna non ho creduto alle recensioni negative, del tutto non reali e non rispecchiano la realtà , o mi sarei perso questo posto comodissimo. Poi logicamente se andate a New York per stare in stanza e far foto dalla finestra, beh ve lo sconsiglio perché le fijsitre non si aprono a NY 😉 Peccato che Manny sia arrivato solo oggi. Una persona molto gentile che si prende cura dei clienti.SUPER

Free breakfast was great! Staff was very nice.

La struttura ha una posizione perfetta, a due passi da Times Square ma senza il caos della zona, inoltre è possibile raggiungere diversi altri punti di interesse della città a piedi come l’Empire State Building, il quale si vedeva persino dalla finestra della nostra stanza! Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile in ogni fase del nostro soggiorno. Colazione abbondante e variegata, stanze ottime per quanto riguarda pulizia e bagni, letti molto comodi e grandi, nulla da eccepire. Assolutamente consigliato!

Great hospitality and staff is very professional and friendly

The hotel was clearly showing its age; the wallpaper was coming off, our bathroom door had mold on the top and was difficult to close, and the carpet was old and about to come off. We stayed 4 nights there, and while our room did the job, it could have been much better.

Property was a great location to penn station, grand central and very walkable to wverything you could dream of in midtown. Safe, clean, and quiet.

Excellent location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast options, and the cleanest rooms of any hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are also very nice in size with lovely windows/light and air options. It's a terrific hotel from the amenities to the staff - highly recommend!

Terrible front desk staff and management, Very uncooperative and inflexible, they initially offered something and did not follow through. Stay at another hotel, not this one.

I went to the tennis US open and the TV would not cover the US open. Although ESPN2 was listed. Asked the reception and they are useless

Room key was not working most of the time. I was staying in 7th floor and need to come to first floor to get it fixed multiple times. Staying 3 nights and it’s the most frustrating thing. Everything else was good.
