All of the staff are welcoming and helpful. Big props to Fluke who helped us get a cheaper option of taxi to the airport during rush hour! Rooms are pleasant, clean and comfortable. Though if you're a very sensitive sleeper like me (the slight sound of door being opened can wake you up), you might want to bring earplugs because the toad can get a lil noisy at night. It 's also near to the train station so you have no issue moving around. Overall, really great stay.

Thank you to both beautiful girls who did check-in for me (sorry can’t remember their name) yesterday. Thanks to the team at restaurant who serving a good meals too. Also appreciated for both Nooh and Fah (both receptionist) who really good to handling my process upon check-out. Nice and clean room. And I will return to stay with them again. Cao Cao 🤟

Hotel ini tidak terlalu cocok untuk keluarga yang bawa anak karena dekat dengan bar dan night life. Cari makanan susah karena sekitar hotel restaurant pada mahal. Nyari makan bisa berjalan kaki ke terminal 21 di food court lantai paling atas murah makanannya. Kamar deluxenya minimalis ya dengan kasur yang size queen dan bantalnya yang nyaman, sarapan lumayan enak tapi kurang variasinya, kolam renangnya oke untuk keluarga. Layanan concierge-nya banyak membantu.

There is limited parking space. And you have to change the elevator from the car park to access the hotel. Which is not convenient.

Hal yang belum pernah saya lihat di hotel lain adalah fasilitas smartphone yang bisa dipakai selama kita menginap, gratis menelepon lokal thailand dan iternational call ke beberapa negara sepuasnya, plus internet gratis memakai smartphone tersebut. Jadi ketika menginap di hotel ini, tidak perlu membeli simcard sementara lagi.

在这里住过很多次。喜欢这里的员工。房间不是很大但是很干净。位于市中心，出行非常方便，早餐种类丰富，价格合理。晚餐自助餐也不错。

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would like to mention Khun Nitipa from reservation and Khun Natty from front office for helping me through booking and during my stay.

Super friendly staff. Great breakfast, I mean it. Many variations and taste delicious. For my two kids were free too. The receptionist Tuck offer me free extra bed for kids as she found out we were with 2 kids. Close to MTR and mall terminal 21. Want to come back. Definitely great hotel for family
