Great for airport access

Shuttle service is great from airport to hotel and in morning there was complimentary shuttle to the train station as well. I asked for razor and cream as sign in room said they have complimentary at the desk - they do not have this available but I was offered a toothbrush. lol.

Close to the airport.. ontime shuttle.. clean.. very good breakfast..

Good for an early flight

Enjoyed our short stay at Holiday Inn Express. It was extremely convenient for our arrival from Marseilles airport and we found the staff very helpful and made good use of the free shuttle bus service.

Un hôtel juste convenable. La propreté des chambres est moyenne (présence de cheveux dans la salle de bains). Heureusement la personne a l’accueil était serviable et a su trouver des solutions. En revanche il a fallu insister pour pouvoir bénéficier de la première navette pour l’aéroport au motif qu’elle était déjà pleine. Un comble pour un hôtel dont la raison d’être est justement d’héberger des gens qui prennent l’avion tôt le matin. Je ne recommande pas.

this was a short stay due to changes in my travel. Arrived late by shuttle just before midnight. I needed to go for my flight at 4 am and there was no shutle on duty. I had to take an Uber I also did not get a breakfast which was included in my fare.

If detailed instructions for the shuttle are provided in advance, that would be helpful. Otherwise, I had a good experience.

Pictures were extremely beautiful but when we arrived hotel room was so cheap it was like a motel,not worth the price. But The receptionist was nice

It was within walking distance of the airport (25 mins) and the staff were very helpful.

This property is 5 minutes drive away from the airport. It is very convenient for layover stays. It’s located in a quiet business and residential area. Retail shopping and access to multiple restaurants are not available in the immediate area. I found the staff to be impersonal and matter of fact in their interactions with me. More warmth would have been appreciated.

Perfect, easy, clean airport stopover. We landed at the airport and only waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle. The room was simple but super clean and had everything we needed. The free breakfast was lovely, too.

Very personable and professional staff-always looking for ways to please the guests.
