櫃檯與清潔人員對房客很親切、主動 協助於尖峰時刻安排的士 除了大街道上施工聲響， 居住品質舒適、便利（2公交車站距離有商場）

客房整潔做的很仔細，每天回房間都覺得很舒適，而且很貼心的每一晚都提供免費牛奶喝

酒店本身还不错。设施，装修都算符合定位 交通不太方便。周围也没有什么可以吃饭的地方

前台的服务很一般很一般

前台的业务熟悉度一般，没有笑容，没有太多的敬语，或者是国内四星级酒店的通病。

很安靜舒適的環繞，前台人員服務態度佳。但離市區遠，容易塞車。

包含晚餐的费用没有注明用餐时间限制.第一位到店时间比较晚无法用餐,周边也没有合适的餐厅.

房间是新装修的，有很大的味道。晚上只能开着窗睡。出来的地方也没有什么娱乐设施。需要坐2站路或者打的才能到光谷天地

The suit room was impeccable. There are not much options close by for restaurants, but we tried both restaurants in the hotel and they are quite good. The only disappointment was that one of us was not feeling well and needed more rest. We asked for a late check out for one hour, before we head to the airport, and it was declined. At hotels at this level, I would expect more accommodations at customers’ need.

Front door was not open for our early morning departure. Front staff couldn’t speak English (night staff). Hotel didn’t do currency exchange.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Upon check-in, ginger tea was served and the hotel staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean and seems to be well maintained, and its location very convenient for business meetings in Optical Valley and Economic Development Zone. The hotel's Chinese restaurant also stands out for the local cuisine. Will definitely stay there again the next time I go to Wuhan for business.

The service at this hotel was expelempary. English language was enough to get everything I needed like booking cabs. The hotel is beautiful and the room very comfy. The breakfast was delicious. I didn’t go out in the area so not sore about location. Will definitely stay again!

It was a great hotel. Lots of extras and the food was very good.
