Stay here for four days. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room and property are very clean. 10 minutes walk to the famous central square. There’s convenient store at the corner of the street.

We had a 3 night stay at The Golden Tulip Hotel City Centre, Krakow and could not have wished for a better hotel to stay at for our City break in Krakow, the hotel itself was really nice and comfortable and the rooms were ideal for couples. The staff were all pleasant and friendly and were really helpful with any questions or queries we may have had. The hotel is situated literally 5/10 minutes stroll from Krakow old town and is fantastic location for visiting the area. All in all perfect. Thank you

Hotellet var noe slitt, men rent og ryddig. Veldig god service og vennlighet hos personalet. Frokosten var dessverre ikke den beste med unntak av første morgenen. De andre morgenene fikk man gårsdagen rester. Mange valg, men lite fristende med tørre oster osv.

La verdad que ha sido un acierto absoluto. Si ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro y con todos los lugares de interés a tiro de piedra. Buen desayuno, variado y un personal de lo más atento. Recomendado al 100%

Es la segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos en este hotel. Cuando llegamos ha realizar el check in, la persona de recepción NO tuvo disposición para ayudarnos en unas reservaciones que requeríamos. Posteriormente, al cambiar el turno, otro empleado diferente fue mas amable y nos ayudó.

Veldig treg innchekking.Noen av oss fikk rom ut mot spisesalen og der hvor folk gikk forbi for å komme til byggningen,kunne derfor ikke trekke gardinene til side. Hadde ønsket at baren var åpen litt lenger,stengte kl 22.00. Veldig bra frokost.

The TV set is set up on the wall in a weird way making it v. inconvenient to watch.

This was the first place I’ve stayed where the card for the door also controlled the lights and power outlets in the room. It took me awhile to figure it out. Restaurant was good menu was in English sub titles. Highly recommend. Everyone spoke English.

Comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of the main square. The staff are helpful and professional. I found the bed comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Overall the hotel met all our needs for a short stay.

Great hotel conveniently located in a quiet part of town. A 20 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the main square. The staff are welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, not too busy and all you needed to set you up for the day. No complaints about the room - not the biggest but for a long weekend break it's clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate.

Everything excellent! Breakfast, location close to the old town and staff service!!!
