ปล่อยให้ชื้อห้องในแอพ พอไปเช็คอินบอกเปลี่ยนเจ้าของแล้ว

ห้องพัง เข้าพักไม่ได้ คืนเงินไห้ กล่าวขอโทษ แต่ไม่ได้แต้งล่วงหน้า

This guesthouse outside pretty but inside so untalkable. We booked 2 rooms with an infant and my parents upper 60 go with us. We chatted with them we need lower room at 1 month ago. They said they can put us on 1st floor. But now we are in 4th floor because 1st full 😓 and no elevator. I felt so bad with their service. When we checked in, because we came earlier at 1pm, my child got sick when boarding, we asked if we could check in early as soon as possible. They said we could wait 15m later but after 30m they still said we must checked on time 😓. At the 2nd day, all the hotel didn't have water from midnight to afternoon and no notice before to all guests. They only said the machine do now and wait 😫

การเช็กอินเข้าพักล่าช้า เพราะห้องไม่พร้อม ระบบน้ำไม่ดี ข้อมูลจากโรงแรมบอกว่าเช็คอินได้ตอน 14:00 น แต่ต้องรอจนถึง 15:00 น ถึงจะได้เข้าพัก และตอนเช้าน้ำไม่ไหล ต้องติดต่อเพื่อโทรตามช่างซ่อมหลายครั้ง

คิดเงินเพิ่ม ทุกอย่าง ทีวีก้อคิด 100บาท ไดเป่าผม ก็คิด 100บาท คิด ทึกอย่าง สู่เพิ่ม อรก ใหม่ กี่ บาท ได้นอนที่ดีดีกว่านี้ ลด ราตา ไป ก็มีค่าเท่าเดิม ครั้งเเรกและครั้งสุด ท้าย ขึ้นชื่อว่าอาหารเช้า มีขนม ปัง แค่นั้นค่ะ ข้าวต้ม อะไรไม่ต้องถามถึง มีห้าหกชั้น เดินค่ะ สุดๆ จริงๆ

วันที่ 1 เข้าอยู่ ส้วมตันกดไม่ลงและผ้าห่มบางมากเลยลงไปขอผ้าห่มเพิ่ม พนักงานล็อบบี้ให้ผ้ารองปูเตียงมาห่ม วันที่ 2 น้ำไม่ไหลแค่ห้องเรา รอแม่บ้านตั้งแต่ 7 โมง ถึง 9 โมง แม่บ้านยังไม่ขึ้นมา ลงไปล็อบบี้ไม่มีใคร ได้ซื้อน้ำเปล่ามาอาบเพราะต้องขึ้นดอยเช้า เราไม่มีเวลา วันที่ 3 พึ่งรู้ว่าแม่บ้านเปลี่ยนแค่ผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ ส่วนผ้าปูที่นอนไม่เปลี่ยนตลอด 3 คืนที่พัก

ที่พักเก่ามาก ที่จอดรถมีแต่จอดได้ 5 คัน ไม่มีทีวีให้ดู

มีสระว่ายน้ำ ไม่แพงสำหรับราคา มีขนมปัง กาแฟ บริการตอนเช้า

อาหารเช้ามีแค่กาแฟ ชา ขนมปังปิ้ง คนเข้าพักเยอะ ต้องรอนานกว่าจะได้ปิ้งขนมปัง แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดไม่ค่อยดี มีลืมเติมน้ำขวดในห้องแต่พนักงานต้อนรับดี รีบนำน้ำดื่มมาให้ ด้านล่างเปิดโล่งให้คนสูบบุหรี่ไม่เหมาะที่จะพาเด็กไปพัก สระว่ายน้ำดูไม่ค่อยสะอาดด้วยค่ะ แต่ดีตรงมีที่จอดรถสะดวก หาง่าย ใกล้ประตูท่าแพร ราคาถือว่าไม่แพง

ราคาประหยัด ใกล้ประตูท่าแพ มีที่จอดรถ มีสระว่ายน้ำเล็กๆ มีชาวต่าวชาติเล่นน้ำ ตอนเช้ามีขนมปัง กาแฟ บริการ

ไม่ค่อยโอเครเลยสำหรับที่พัก​ ห้องเก่า​ เสียงแอร์ดังมาก​ ที่นอนไม่ค่อยดี ครั้งแรกและครั้งสุดท้ายที่จะพักที่นี่คับ

Khách sạn bên ngoài rất hoành tráng, với hồ bơi và không gian ở sảnh đẹp. Nhưng không có thang máy, phòng cũ kỹ, bẩn thỉu, trang thiết bị chấp vá, kiểu lụm đâu về. Thua xa cái nhà nghỉ ven đường của Việt nam.

工作人员很可爱，提供良好的服务。这个房间很值这个价钱。位于旅游景点的中心如果有人想节省预算，我强烈推荐它。

ผ้าห่มบางมากค่ะ อากาศหนาวเย็น แต่โดยรวมก็ดีในระดับหนึ่ง ไม่มีทีวี เหงามากค่ะ ไวไฟช้ามาก

ราคาสมเหตุสมผล แต่ห้องน้ำไม่ค่อยโอเค เพราะน้ำไหลไม่แรงเลย แต่พนักงานบริการดี มีอาหารเช้าให้ฟรีด้วย

น้ำฝักบัวไหลเบาไปนิดนึง นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับดีครับ

I don't recommend this Royal Guest House. First two days, almost 20 hours doesn't work water. First in our room, then in whole building. We could not go to toilet, have shower, nothing. Also rooms was very dirty. I don't recommend to be in room without shoes. Bathroom disgusting. My girlfriend got rash on skin from dirt. We suspect bedbug. Although this all staff was very kind, and manager gave us 50% discount for first 2 days when we experienced water cut problem. Building is very under-invested inside. So problem is likely owner.

Nice place, with great deal. Also have a swimming pool

The stay was very pleasant. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. Check in and check out was very easy and the location is awesome!
