Everything was good! Near to everything! Walking distance!

Well I am so sorry to write this but yeah, I don't feel the staff reception treat me as a guest, I stay for 4 night but different booking, to day is my last day and check out at 12.00 but in the morning around 6 am, I was asking to night audit that I will check out late, I inform him that you can charge me anything, and then he said yes you can check out late until 13.00pm free, but if you are check out at 2 pm we Will charge fully price. I said yeah. You can charge and the night shift staff also nice, hes offering phone call to wake me up, I said I don't need the phone call, I just need to sleep because I was been clubbing at bangla road. And around 12.40 the morning shift call me and tell me with very rude language, he said what time do you want check out, if you check out 1 pm We will charge you and closed the phone without say thank you or sorry for brother. I was hang over and get disturbing with the phone call, and I got confused because the night audit was inform me that I can check out 1 pm but the morning shift call me at 12.40 with rude language. Wish the hotel management can train more their staff behavior. Thank you. And thanks to the lady house keeping, they are very nice smiling and attitude.

Everything is well we love it

It was a nice play to stay and cheap. But the encounter that I had with the Front desk is not pleasant at all. It is a bald Local guy. I was just asking questions regarding my booking on how it can be solved. Cause I made a double booking on the same date. This is due to app error. I asked them if there is any way if I can just convert it into a 2-days stay instead of 2 rooms in just 1 day cause I'm solo. They did not offer any solution but they just want me to check it with online agent not with them. When I insisted on the possible solutions, they told me "You listen to me! There's nothing we can do about it!" "Contact the agent not us"! It's just plain rude. I requested for a late check out at 1 pm but they want me to pay 100 baht per hour. Will not come back to this hotel.

ดีมากครับ ไม่ดีอย่างเดียว ห้องมีกลิ่นอับแรงไปหน่อยครับ แต่ราคาถูกมาก ไว้มีโอกาสจะมาเที่ยวใหม่นะครับ

I stay here one night and my mobile charge left in the room. I wish I can have it when I am back on 25.

Staf sangat ramah dan membantu, semua staf sangat ramah, hotel persis di samping Banzaan Fresh Market, malam hari sangat banyak yang menjual makanan, depan hotel juga ramai, recommended 👍🏻.

ทำเลดี แต่ที่พักนี้ไม่เหมาะกับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก เสียงดังทั้งคืน กลิ่นควันบุรี่ในตัวอาคาร Nice location But this place is not suitable for family. Noisy all night, smoking smell is in building.

Địa điểm đẹp, gần trung tâm của Phuket, đi lại thuận lợi , giá cả hợp lý.

ห้องพักสะอาดดีค่ะ ราคาไม่แพง รวมอาหารเช้าด้วย คุ้มมากค่ะ แต่ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ใครเอารถส่วนตัวไปจะหาที่จอดยากหน่อยค่ะ ต้องหาที่จอดเอาเองแถวๆโรงแรมแต่รวมๆแล้วที่พักโอเคเลยค่ะ

ที่นอนนุ่ม ปลอกหมอนผ้าปูเปื้อนเห็นชัดมาก แอร์เย็นจัดปรับไม่ได้ถ้ามีคนตายก็คงไม่เน่า อาหารเช้าน้อยไม่อร่อย รวมๆก็พอใช้ได้

ถือว่าดี สมราคาค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด อาหารเช้าก็โอเค
