Tôi đã đặt phòng deluxe. Theo thông tin trên website là phòng 40m2. Nhưng đã giao cho tôi phòng rất nhỏ, không cửa sổ. Do vậy phòng rất ngộp.

The staff was merely bad in service. My order was for 3 double bed rooms with 1 deluxe room and 2 superior rooms. They gave me 2 twin bed rooms and 1 double bed room. They moved me to 1 bigger room in one night while the other night they moved me to smaller room, superior room but the room rate of the superior room in fact was more expensive that the other 2 deluxe rooms.. how come they make their service to a guest in such way.. moving around the guest room and charging as they like..

Khách sạn không xứng với giá tiền. Phòng ngủ, phòng khách khá cũ. Chỉ được cái ngay trung tâm.

Phong khong nhu mong doi. Nhan vien don dep phong thieu chuyen nghiep, do an sang không ngon. Noi chung la te.

We have booked the Deluxe Double Room with the large window as shown on the advertising, but when we came they just gave us the room with the small window even not outside. When I asked why got this different, the staffs said that this was the Deluxe Double Room at all, and I didn't want to argue with them so I was reluctant to accept this. Breakfast was not yummy; theirs were just some simple dishes.

Phòng tầng trệt, nhân viên nói chuyện ổn ào. Toilet hư, gọi nhân viên nhiều lần mới sửa.

Phòng tạm được, không đẹp như mong đợi. Vị trí cực tốt, đi bộ vài bước ra Hồ Gươm.

The hotel was old. The bed are noisy. Bathroom are dirty. The staff are bad. The day before I go back to airport I gave the taxi number to staff for help me to book a taxi for tomorrow. The staff tell me book already and 2 hour before I go to airport the staff not book for me and asking the hotel car with the expensive price. And I book with grab. Lucky, have old woman for help me to talk with the driver. Bad hotel. The location is good.
