Very convenient location for anyone wanting to see any of the broadway shows! Staff were lovely and check in was easy.

It feels like a three-star hotel. Please note that check-in and check-out are not available 24 hours a day. They will tell you the procedure even if no one is there. However, it is better to inform them and communicate in advance. If you are just going to sleep, it is a decent hotel. It was well cleaned. There is no USB type power supply, so a transformer is required. Surprisingly No water was provided.

Limpio, silencioso, de buen gusto… y muy barato para pasar una noche.

It’s such a beautiful place! Located in the the heart of Madrid “ La Gran Via” walking distance to everything. I will definitely stay there again.

Hay cosas a mejorar, pero ha sido una buena estancia.

Of the three days I spent there for one whole day there was no water in the premises and so no toilets no showers or means of washing I spent a day looking for another hotel but failed it kind of ruined my trip to the wonderful city of Madrid

Estuvo bien. La ubicacion es excelente y la atencion tambien. Algunas cosas no funcionaban del todo, como ser la puerta del baño y la ducha.

Sino me equivoco me dieron una habitación que no es la que vi en la app y por la que pagué !!!… Me dieron una mucho más pequeña y sin el jacuzzi que se ve en las fotos , así mismo el precio que pagué fue mayor por la habituación, que el precio de la que me asignaron !…

Me encanto ya que está muy cerca de los lugares emblemáticos , puedes irte a pie o tomar el metro, autobús , accesible a restaurantes , tiendas etcétera. Lo volvería a rentar

Excelente Hotel, su ubicación es perfecta y el personal es muy amable, todas las instalaciones se encuentran en muy buen estado, limpieza y mantenimiento.

The room was not clean floor was dirty. Not what we expected from the the pictures we saw. The curtains were falling. It was not easy to find. Definitely not worth the stay.

The bed could have been more comfortable.

Buena opción en el centro de Madrid. Habitación cómoda pero básica. El desayuno continental ok.
