A beautiful house set in stunning grounds. Gorgeous interior and a fab host. Highly recommend.

Robert was a wonderful host and the property and location ideal for our visit.

This is a stunning "Georgian" property in a glorious location with excellent parking facilities. We were met by owner Robert, who showed us to our room and treated us to a slice of home made cake and a hot drink. The room was spacious, very comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean and had a gorgeous ensuite bathroom. Tea making facilities were provided and everything had been thought of by our wonderful host. Breakfast was delicious and generous and the home made scones were yummy. There are no pubs or restaurants within easy walking distance, but Robert is happy to make recommendations if you wish to drive or take a taxi. All in all we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

The welcome we received was warm, friendly and very hospitable.Tea and superb, home-baked Victoria sponge were the icing on the cake. Our host was expert in putting his guests at ease. The accommodation was outstanding with an amazing level of quality and attention to detail. Easily the best bed and breakfast experience we have ever had.

Robert was a brilliant host very welcoming . The Manor is situated in beautiful settings with stuning panoramic views. The rooms are immaculate and breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Five minute drive from Berwick and Robert gave us plenty of advice on where to eat when we went out. Would highly recommend.

Robert is a kind, fun and consummate host and we enjoyed a most comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved the cake and tea when we arrived. We had excellent cooked breakfasts with homemade soda bread on china and silver, crystal and linen. Room had everything we could need for our stay. We even cheekily ordered a last minute celebration cake! Can’t recommend highly enough. Mark and I look forward to our next stay.

Robert welcomed us warmly into his large and comfortable house. The house and our bedroom was decorated lavishly in an Edwardian style. However, the house was cosy and had all the modern amenities. The bathroom was complete with high quality toiletries and the water pressure in the shower was very good. Wi fi was available throughout the property. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of cooked items. The house is in the countryside but close to Berwick-upon-Tweed and with a few restaurants a short drive away. A special mention to Robert who owns and runs this B&B who is a welcoming and open host. Would definitely recommend highly.

Wow West Longridge Manor is the most beautiful place we have stayed in a long time, absolutely faultless. Robert is a gem, what a character and his tea and cake very welcome on arrival. Fabulous breakfast but the rooms are the star, so comfortable, high quality furnishings, beds and beautiful bed linens. A good central base to tour around, it’s only about a mile from the A1 and Berwick a five minute drive, St Abbs, Kelso and Holy Island not far at all and well worth a visit. You won’t regret booking here!
