Great service from hotel front desk staff

Hotel is situated in the downtown area. Nice surrounding and comfortable rooms. Good services and nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy with good pillows.

Paper thin walls you can hear everything from the other guests flushing toilets, to slamming doors, noisy in general.

Easy and convenient and reasonably priced if you don’t want to go hostel route

Sauna, hot tub and pool were in good condition and clean. Staff was helpful

Stayed here many times now and will continue to be my first choice when I'm in Vancouver. Staff are always friendly and go above and beyond, especially this trip!

Easy stay at Hotel Blu with my family for a weekend event. The hotel was conveniently located and offered free underground parking. There were lots of restaurants near by and the hotel's breakfast was a hit with our 8 year old son. I would recommend to family for travels to Vancouver.

Overall great stay! Staff was very polite and friendly and very accommodating. We flew in much earlier than our check in time and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage so we could explore a bit and also prioritized us checking in early once a room had become available. Would definitely stay here again :)

Room was noisy and walls thin. Bed comfortable but did not love the area. Staff were very pleasant.

Great location, close to gastown, stadium, arena, and restaurants. Rooms were clean and the hotel has great amenities
