This hotel is clean, homey, and comfy. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Also, value for money. Had a great experiences staying here for 6 nights.

ตอนไปเช็คอินบริการดีมาก มีรถรับส่งไปที่จอดรถ แต่วันเช็ดเอ้าท์ ไม่มีการบริการใดๆเลย ถามหารถรับส่งไปเอารถพนักงานบอกไม่มี ปฏิเสธแบบไม่ใส่ใจลูกค้าเลย ถ้าที่จอดรถอยู่ไกลกับโรงแรมควรมีรถไว้บริการลูกค้าทุกเวลา เปิดห้องพัก2 ห้อง อีกห้องเบาะที่นอนแข็งมาก ไฟห้องน้ำเสีย เปิดไม่ติด สภาพ ชำรุดไม่มีการซ่อมแซม

The room is very decent for the price, probably because it is in the alley, more convenient if you don't mind walking to the main street. Clean room, they clean the room every day. Only one disadvantage is that none of the staff helped us (6 girls) with the luggage. We only have 1 big suitcase that we needed help with, but after 2 times asking with no response, we had to carry it to 3rd floor ourselves, with no elevator.

Nice low cost hotel with big, clean rooms. The showers are large and great. Internet is good. Location is excellent within 100M of Loh Kroy Rd and short walk to Thepae Square and Night Bizaar. Best overall deal in CM in my opinion.

First night found 2 bed bugs. The shower nob was loose and hot water is not consistent. Water drains very slow from the sink. Water drips from the air condition. Even after repair it still drips. Second night found 2 more bed bugs which bite me. The bed was very hard and squeaking all the time as though its going to break. There were no lift to my room. The hotel should mention that there is no lift to certain rooms.
