The staffs were nice and friendly. Sometimes they forgot changing towels but that was done quickly when I told them. The accommodation was ok with a view except there was no hair dryer or iron for clothes. Overall it was clean and good enough for sleeping. The price was quite high due to booking on holidays but we couldn't find any better option with this price in this area. Recommend to book deluxe room for a window city view.

I had a terrible experience at the hotel. The location was fine, but the foul smell in the room was unbearable. The room and the toilet had no windows, and the ventilators didn't help. Additionally, the room light switch was connected to the ventilator, so if I turned off the light, the ventilator also went off. As a result, I had to sleep with the lights on. The smell coming from the toilet was overwhelming, and the door didn't close properly. I arrived at the hotel around 11 pm, exhausted, but I couldn't sleep because of the smell. I had to check out the next day and find a better place to stay. I hope the hotel addresses the foul smell in their rooms and reception area. But I will never be there again.

Staff-nya ramah dan aku dikasih upgrade kamar, banyak tempat nongkrong di sekitar area hotel, pokoknya nggak nyesal check-in di Diamond Residen.

Aku senang ya bayar kamar standar tapi dapat upgrade kamar, resepsionis wanita Bangkok-nya ramah banget.

Lokasi dekat BTS dan pasar yang banyak jualan makanan, kamar besar, tapi kebersihannya hanya dibersihkan yang kelihatan saja, sudut dan kolong ranjang sangat kotor, cukup menyenangkan tinggal 7 malam.

Good residances, good location, nice staff and so helpful staff, I will comeback again because its really worth to stay!

Tinggal 4 malam di hotel ini sangat tidak recommended! Banyak nyamuk, dan jetspray di toilet tidak befungsi dengan baik, tidak ada air panas untuk mandi. Receptionis yang sangat tidak ramah!

ไฟไม่ติด ที่พักน่ากลัวเหมือนที่พักร้าง ไม่โอเค เดินออกเลย ต้องทิ้งเงิน 700กว่าบาทไปฟรีๆ

พนักงานไม่มีความเป็นมืออาชีพในการแนะนำหรือพูดคุยกับลูกค้าเวลาเกิดปัญหาและใช้คำพูดตัดปัญหาไปส่งๆ ทั้งคำพูดและสายตา ไม่มีคำหยาบแต่งานบริการควรใช้คำพูดที่ดีกว่านี้ ห้องน้ำมีปัญหาแจ้งขอเปลี่ยนห้อง เราแจ้งว่าท่อน้ำมันแตก แล้วคำถามที่พนักงานถามคือ “แล้วมันแตกได้ยังไงละคะ”… ลองใช้คำถามนี้กลับไปถามตัวเองดูนะคะ ถ้าไปใช้บริการห้องพักแล้วมีปัญหา แล้วพนักงานถามมาแบบนี้ มันไม่ควรเป็นคำถามด้วยซ้ำค่ะ ลองศึกษาการบริการโรงแรมดูนะคะ อย่างน้อยก็ให้มีมาตรฐานกว่านี้หน่อยค่ะ พักโรงแรมในกรุงเทพมาก็เยอะแต่ที่นี่ครั้งเดียวพอค่ะ

ผ้าปูที่นอนเป็นคราบมีจุดสีดำทั้งผืน แอร์ในห้องเสียงดังมาก

ห้องสกปรก กลิ่นเหม็นอับ ผ้าปูเตียงมีคราบ ฝุ่นเยอะ ก็อกน้ำไม่ดี พื้นไม่สะอาด กลิ่นห้องเหม็นอับ ถ้าจองคืนเดียวคงออกเลยนี่จองจองคืนเสียดายเงิน

เนื่องจากสถานการณ์ COVID-19 ทำให้ค่อนข้างเงียบ และวังเวงมาก ห้องพักสะอาด แต่ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเก่า ฝักบัวติดผนัง สูงมาก น้ำไหลเบา น้ำร้อนมาก ปรับไม่ได้ พอปรับก็เย็น ไม่มีความอุ่น

แนะนำเลยค่า พนักงานและเจ้าของบริการดีมากก ห้องพักสบายราคาถูก เกินคุ้ม❤️
