没有行李员帮忙搬运行李，前台也空无一人……电梯坏了，却被安排在了二楼的房间……我明明要求的是一楼的房间，却因为酒店的原因不得不额外支付120马币，而且一楼的电梯也无法使用……房间里有异味，淋浴也没有热水。我的孩子们只能用冷水洗澡，这真是一次糟糕的体验……

和往常一样，还可以，价格也实惠，只是这次电梯正在维修，所以要爬上去，但是工作人员👍

The best hotel for your family in Perlis. What I like the most about the hotel is the swimming pool. It is suitable for adults and kids age 4 years and above. Most importantly, the hotel is not haunted 😆

My third time here! First and second was wonderful but this time a bit not okay because the iron not functioning well. But overall I will repeat again if go to perlis because only this the good one so far. Keep it up!

Second time here. Simple hotel but cozy. Easy to access many places. Nice scenery too. Will repeat later.

Hsm yang paling bagus and bersih compare dgn hsm pd, hsm ipoh, hsm terengganu. Expecially toilet.

Place is just 1 km from town, so it's in a nice quiet place. Room can be cleaner. Bathroom when showering will flood and water takes time to drain. Beds are OK. Not enough power outlets to charge devices.

Bilik bersih, selesa dan kemas. Lantai area katil berkarpet. TV kecil tetapi siaran TV banyak. Kolam renang sederhana besar dan bersih. Lokasi hotel yang damai. Overall berpuas hati dan akan datang lagi.

Kali keempat menginap di sini. Semuanya ok saja, anak anak suka mandi kolam dan kolam akan ditutup selama lebih kurang dua bulan mulai 10 Julai, so mungkin akan dateng lagi pada Oktober.

Bilik selesa, kemudahan tempat makan turut ada, juga ada kolam untuk anak-anak.

Fast check in. Room was clean, very quiet environment. Worth the pay.

Dirty Air condition, full of dust. Dirty floor, a lot of hairs. Dirty toilet, lot of hairs on the floors. The dusty curtain. Do not impressed.

Keseluruhan pekerja di sana bagus. 👍🏼 Keluasan bilik ok. Kawasan sekeliling amat menenangkan. Bilik berhabuk, banyak kawasan bercermin tidak dilap. Lampu banyak yang mati. Aircond perlu diservis.
