預訂飯店時，已經明確指出有三人入住，入住時，接待人員搞不清楚狀況，最過分的是，離開飯店五小時後，扣了一筆他們所稱的「清潔費」，共計50歐元，飯店指控我們沒有清潔，而實際上，我們把所有杯盤洗好後才離開，收費完全沒有事先的警示，退房也無任何異常，等旅客們走遠後再逕行扣費，各位旅客要記得拍照自保，非常差勁的入住經驗，坑殺外國旅客！ Quand j’ai réservé l’hôtel, j’ai clairement indiqué qu’il y avait trois personnes.Lors de mon arrivée, le personnel de la réception n’a pas su comprendre la situation. Le plus regrettable est qu’après avoir quitté l’hôtel pendant cinq heures, ils ont déduit ce qu’ils ont appelé des «frais de nettoyage» d’un montant total de 50 euros. Il n'y a pas de nettoyage, mais en fait, nous devons laver toutes les tasses avant de partir, sans préavis ni anomalie au check-out. Une fois les passagers partis, ils déduiront les frais. Très mauvaise expérience de séjour, tuant des touristes étrangers! When I booked the hotel, I clearly indicated that there were three people. When I checked in, the reception staff couldn’t figure out the situation. The most unfortunate thing was that after leaving the hotel for five hours, they deducted what they called a "cleaning fee" for a total of 50 euros. The hotel accused us. There is no cleaning before we leaving but in fact, we cleaned up all the dishes,cups and pots before leaving. There is no warning in advance, and there is no abnormality in check-out. After the passengers go far, they will deduct the fees. Very poor stay experience, killing foreign tourists!

Roomy suite with full set of kichen ware. Very convenient for home cook.

造訪普羅旺斯大都是駕車的情況下，這裏停車便利、周圍超市購物方便，無可挑惕！

乾淨寬敞舒適，親切有禮，附近就有公車站，對面是加樂福。完全無可挑剔。

方便開車前往其他山城小鎮，有免費停車場，小廚房設備及餐具齊全且乾淨。入住前可先買好食材，因附近只有小型的商店。

Staff is very helpful and jacuzzi is very nice, very well equipped kitchen

Chambre pour 3. Lit double très bien, lit pour la 3eme personne c’était le canapé vraiment pas confortable. Nous devions avoir le spa et la salle de sport inclus. Déception le spa est payant très chèr et salle de sport fermée. Sinon c est propre calme. Petit dej impeccable basique. Séjour malgré tout agréable

Très bel hébergement, bonne literie, et petit déjeuner très correct.

Facile d'accès et parking sus place; Idéal pour un séjour professionnel. Hôtel au calme, bien équipé , réseau wifi convenable.

The Suite Home Hotel is part of a chain with a less expensive hotel next to it with a shared reception. It’s functional as chains tend to be, but it’s not “charming.” There is a reasonably-priced buffet breakfast (9 Euros), but it’s very crowded with people crammed in there. Likewise, Apt is a small town without a lot of charm, but it has some good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Parking is excellent. You can park for free on the street or in the tourist office parking a short block away. They also have paid parking behind the hotel for 6 Euros per night.

Appt bien agencé ok, personnel ok, wifi idem. Parking à 6€, possibilité de se garer à l’extérieur aussi. Problèmes ; 1 . Manque de chauffage, Clim réversible difficile à faire monter ! 2. Problèmes de plomberie : l’eau ne s’évacue que très mal. Bien pour courte halte, et en été !

Jolie chambre avec Kitchenette. Très bien pour nos quelques nuits. La Clim fut appréciable par les chaudes nuits d’été

Au vue du prix de cette hotel je trouve cela inadmissible de ne pas avoir d'eau chaude. Nous étions deux avec chacun sa chambre et à un étage différent, idem pas d'eau chaude. Aucune information ne nous a été donnée

Très agréable et très bien situé

This property is old and is in need of some upgrade. To start, the lobby and the hallway reeks of musty smells and is a big turn off. Our room was spacious, but very basic. The sofa is stained, the bed creaks, and the bathroom fixtures are rusted and moldy. The housekeeping staff did their best to keep the place clean, but they cannot control things like stained on the sofa, rusted bathroom hardware, mold around the shower, broken toilet seat, severely clogged bathroom drain, and a toilet that doesn't flush completely. Also, we picked this property because it's outside of city center, but we found out it is really too far away from everything and it was really inconvenient to get anywhere. We will not be returning to this property or to Apt.
