It is clean, but the room is small. There is not enough parking space, so we have to find the parking lot nearby every day. The parking fee is not cheap for one night. It would be great if the hotel can compensate part of the fee. Also, the choice of the breakfast is limited.

住了四日三夜～老舊酒店一間～熱水很快沒有～房内燈光暗淡～天花沒有燈～祇有枱燈兩盞～房間和照片中的差很遠～有点被騙的感覺～只係服務員態度好好～早餐沒有款式選擇～不會再來。

ベットと畳の部屋で、子供達がゴロゴロするのに十分な広さの部屋でした。

この度はお世話になりました！ 繁華街のど真ん中なので、歩けばすぐに飲食店やお土産屋さんがありとても便利でした。 何よりスタッフさんが親切で丁寧に接してくださったおかげで気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 当初セントラルリゾート宮古島で予約していたのですが、途中でスマイルホテルに変わってしまったとの事で、まるでリゾート感のないビジネスホテルのようだったのがちょっと残念でしたが､､､ 中心地で寝泊まりできてシャワーもあって、レンタカーを停める駐車場もある！それだけで充分です。 あと、ホテルの駐車場は限られた台数しか停められませんが、隣に広ーいコインパーキングもあったので安心だと思いました。 スタッフの皆様、ありがとうございました！

全体的に良かったのですが　洗面所が少しカビ臭かったです。

清掃は行き届いていますが、湯船等に若干、施設の使用感がありました。 タオルやアメニティは必要な分のみ交換することで、環境への配慮もみられます。

My wife and I stayed two nights. "Resort" seems to be a misnomer. It's just a 10-floor building with rooms. And our room on the eighth floor was just plain -- nothing, no painting, no photograph, on the walls. More unsettling, the outside of the windows was very dirty; it looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months, so we felt like we were in a cave. And the shower curtain had a lot of visible mold; it needs to be replaced. Customers complete check-in by scanning a QR code on a tablet; we received our code via email a few days before we arrived. But again, there is no "resort" feeling, no welcome at all. You just walk in and a sign on a wall tells to scan your code as if you are staying in a dormitory. Also, please note there are two buildings, an A and B; make sure you go to the correct building. There seemed to be a small cafe near the entrance, but we didn't use it. And on this visit to Miyako, we got by without a rental car, so I cannot comment on the parking. Generally, I don't like to leave negative comments, but we certainly won't be returning to this "resort." On the one positive side, the hotel is right in the middle of the city, so you can walk to all of the restaurants and coffee shops. A cab to the airport cost us 1500 yen and took about 10 minutes.

休館B館、宿泊日から改修工事開始であった。3日間宿泊期間、朝8時ぐらいからヒルティードリル、ハンマー音など酷かったです。またバスルーム非常にカビ臭い、バスタブの隙間を除いたら黒ガビがビッシリでショックを受けました。ベットの下も覗きましたが埃が酷かった。良かった点はウォッシュレットは新しい物に変えられてあったので、良かった。チェックインはスムーズであった。改修時期の建物なのでしょうがちょっとびっくりです。A棟は宿泊したことがあるが良かった印象があります。

창문으로 바다도 보이고 무엇보다 번화가쪽이라 저녁에 술한잔 하기 너무 좋아요! 저는 엄마랑 여행갔다왔는데 숙소는 씻고 자는게 주 목적이라 나쁘지 않았어요! 저녁에 이자카야가서 술한잔 하고 싶다 하시는 분들한테는 더할나위없이 좋은 곳이에요. 아! 여기 온풍기도 되서 춥지않게 잤습니다.
