Hotel strategis dekat dengan objek wisata, staff ramah, kamar bersih, hanya saja dekat jalan raya sehingga suara kendaraan terdengar jelas dan suara orang di luar cukup keras terutama ketika malam hari.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, offering great value for money. Considering its budget-friendly price point, the quality of the accommodation was surprisingly high. I would absolutely recommend the Puspa Ubud Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the heart of Ubud. It's the perfect base for exploring all that this amazing town has to offer.

Nice place to stay while ini ubud, my only concern is the water from tge bathroom is so slow, it' kind of hard if you want to take a nice shower. But overall it's been great.

It was the noisiest hotel I ever been to, you could hear the road, all neighbours, staff, blender in the kitchen, so bad that the noisy aircon felt like a white noise generator helping to somehow fall asleep. Also there's no hot water in the room, parking space is just enough for maximum 4 bikes. The only good place is location, right next to one of the busiest crossroads always packed with traffic, but close to restaurants, supermarket, Ubud center and most of it's attractions

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Hotel was very dirty & shabby bed linen with cigarette burns grey old towels, photos didn't match, those online much better hotels out there for the same price.

Untuk hotel sangat susah di cari, terkait ukuran kamar lumayan besar, namun terkait kenyamanan kurang mendukung sangat ribut pada saat saya nginap di hotel tersebut. Parkiran hanya motor saja. Hotel di pusat keramaian Ubud.

Karyawannya sangat ramah dan sangat membantu. Sayang kamarnya sangat kotor dan berbauh dan fasilitas di dalam kamar (lampu, lemari) yang rusak-tidak sesuai dengan harga.

Harga terjangkau, kamar bersih, karyawan ramah banget, cuma tidak ada parkiran mobil.

Kamarnya luas bersih cuma kamar mandinya gak bisa ditutup😭. Saya datang malam kamar gak ada apa-apa minum juga gak dikasih harusnya kan dikasih 2. Pagi saya minta cuma dikasih 1. Tapi all baguslah tempatnya dekat keramaian.

Strategic place in heart of ubud.

We couldn't find the reception desk when we came. The hotel has no single bed, but the app has. So when we check-in, we have some problems and have to wait about an hour. So they added a mattress for me, not a single bed.

Saya dapet di kamar lantai 2 dan paling pojok kamar bernama Rose, sungguh di luar ekspektasi saya kamarnya besar sekali dan bersih, stafnya ramah sekali.

Nice view. kamar nyaman hanya toilet lampunya agak gelap.

Tempat parkir yang hanya muat untuk 2 mobil saja. Kebersihan kamar kurang. Kamar mandi kotor shower rusak.

Bagus, pelayanan ramah, propertinya bersih, cuma parkir terlalu kecil.

Tampilan pada foto bukan 1 penginapan melainkan 2 penginapan yang saling berdekatan. Lokasi penginapan kecil mungkin karena kamar di lantai bawah full jadi harus naik tangga apalagi dengan bawaan yang banyak plus anak kecil. Pelayanan cukup baik.

I was there for transit from kintamani. The room is clean. No hot water but it was not an issue. Worth price.
