Nice place and 100% satisfaction!

The place was clean and the staff were very accommodating. Great location too. (restaurants and pub market)

Puas, sebelum check-in bisa titip koper dan dengan harga ekonomis kondisi kamar sangat menyenangkan, luas, AC dingin, kamar mandi oke, bersih dan staf oke.

Saya tidak mendapatkan sarapan saya padahal saya booking selama 4 malam. saya sangat kecewa. disitu tertera saya mendapatkan breakfast. Tapi saat disana petugas hotel bilang kamar saya tanpa sarapan pagi! Kamar dengan jendela namun jendela gelap yang terhalang oleh tembok. Padahal kamar yang lebih murah diberikan jendela yang cerah. tanpa terhalang apapun. saya sangat kecewa.

Quite tricky to find. Try to find Bayon Boutique instead of Bayon Shadow Villa. If you book a room with breakfast, make sure the receptionist give you a breakfast voucher. The rest was just ok.

We stay for 2 nights at Bayon Shadow Villa, room is great, staffs are very accommodating specially Kun, he is very concern about his customer's experience in their hotel. Recommended place to stay in Siem Reap. Great location also because it is 3-5mins walk tk Pubstreet & Night Market.

Lokasi hotel dekat dengan angkor night market dan pub street. Service oke hanya saja hotel tidak memiliki lift, lantainya kotor, interior berdebu, pintu kamar mandi tidak ada kuncinya, TV tidak ada gambarnya, AC kurang dingin. Untuk sarapan lumayan enak hanya saja tidak boleh menambah minuman.

Very close to all the excitement in Siem Reap, PubStreet, Night Market, Muslim Zone just walk in 5 minutes. To All Who came to SR and just Need hotel for sleep Bayon Shadow Villa is the Great choice !!! Will comeback soon !!!

Karena ambil kamar yang free pick up dari airport, terus minta email si hotel ke admin Travel Agent, pas coba di email 1 minggu sebelum keberangkatan ga ada balesan hingga hari H jadi aja beli SIM Card tambahan buat telpon ke hotelnya

พนักงานบริการดี สถานที่สะอาด เรียบร้อย แนะนำให้จองแบบมีอาหารเช้า ปัญหาอยู่ที่ห้องพัก ต้องถอดรองเท้าแล้วตั้งไว้ที่ชั้นวางหน้าประตูก่อนเข้าไปในบริเวรห้องพัก ไม่มีลิฟท์ ห้องพักไม่มีวิว เพราะมีตึกอีกตึกบังจนมิด แต่ห้องพักก็สะอาดดี ไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ ห้องน้ำกว้าง สิ่งอำนวกความสะดวกอยู่ในระดับใช้ได้ค่ะ

I highly recommend this hotel. The place is near to night market and bars. And it is accessible. The pool was so awesome and enjoyed everything in the villa.

บริการดีมาก พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดีเป็นเอง และห้องสะอาดมาก ชอบมากยกเว้นพนักงานหญิงไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นแม่บ้านหรือเปล่า คืนสุดท้ายที่พักเรากลับบ้านมาดึกมากแล้ว ถามเราเป็นภาษาเขมรว่า เราไม่ไปกับฝรั่งเหรอ? แต่เราไม่ตอบ เราเป็นคนไทยบ้านเราใกล้เขมรชายแดน เราพอฟังออกรู้เรืองบ้าง แต่ประโยคที่เค้าพูดกับเรา เราเข้าใจ ทัศนคติของพนักงานแม่บ้านแย่มาก

Location this hotel is close to Siem Reap Night Market. Who like the night life would love this location. Plenty of places to eat, and a Cambodian massage. Breakfast is okay for the price given, we get tea or coffee, omelette and bread. Rooms are clean, toilets is clean, tv and ac ok.

The staff are really nice! the room is clean!

WiFi not working, low pressure shower, non functioning water heater, smelly bathroom.

They're hospitality is above exeptional.

我强烈推荐所有想在暹粒享受美好住宿体验的人选择巴戎寺影子别墅 (Bayon Shadow Villa)。酒店员工热情友好，英语也很好。我在这里度过了一段难忘的时光，工作人员真的帮我找到了丢失的护照。后来，问题解决了，多亏了他们的好心帮助，我找回了护照。酒店房间干净整洁，设施齐全。他们还提供机场接机服务，如果您需要，还可以安排吴哥窟日出之旅。我对他们卓越的服务非常满意。

Near to the town. 5 minutes walk to Night Market, Pub Street, Old Market. Tuk tuk is available outside the hotel (or just inform the reception that you need transportation, they will gladly help). Cleanliness still acceptable.

We just stay one night. We arrived at the hotel at 11.30 pm. The receptionist allow ask check in early without additional charge. But, when we want to go bed, the electricity run out for a moment. Anyway, we enjoy stay in bayon (shadow) villa.
