No steam room, no spa, just a swimming pool with a tub, the water is cold.

Clean room, good breakfast

This place is beautiful all around. The room was cozy and comfortable, the breakfasts had a great variety of choices and the staff were helpful and excellent to deal with. Would definitely recommend the Hotel Brossard.

The breakfast staff were quick to lock the doors right at 10:30. Like many hotels the TVs are old, cable type without the ability to stream from your device, which wouldn't matter if you were using the WIFI which was very weak in our room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very quiet. The cleaning staff were great. The front desk was fine. Traffic in front of the hotel is remarkably bad due to the road essentially being an on ramp for the highway. At certain times you can expect 15 minute delays if you are going the same direction.

Location is just outside Montreal. Easily accessible to major point of interests.

Travelled with small kids, rooms look like little DIM maybe that’s the design. Breakfast was okay. Easy parking. Overall recommend.

Ha Bing to pay for parking in their parking lot was ridiculous. It was a large lot and not full.

The employee, Zakariya, is a liar and sold me a one-bedroom apartment for four adults, even though I had already made a reservation, and he's blaming Expedia. He's a thief who first claimed there were no two-bedroom apartments, then took $61 in change when I showed Expedia that there were two. He constantly uses examples to justify his actions. My complaint to Expedia is this: remove this hotel from your system because they are liars, thieves, and dishonest enough to sell a one-bedroom apartment for four adults. Don't sell this hotel.

More afolfordable rooms, big spacious rooms but are getting old. Breakfast is not super. We go there because the beds are soft, the rooms are spcious and the cost is very reasonnable.

No places to walk. No sidewalks to get to restaurants.

Bed was comfy. Air did not work Window crank to open was broken Phone did not work. I stayed here before and didn’t have a problem. Very disappointing stay this time.

L’hôtel est situé juste à côté de l’autoroute et il n’y a rien accessible à pied à proximité, c’est le seul point négatif que j’ai noté. Pour le reste, tout était correct et je donne une bonne note.

we were beeing intoxicated literally by a neighbor illegally smoking Mary in his room one after the other for hours. The hotel left us waiting in the lobby saying they had no other room available. Another angry neighbor came (a men) and was immediately changed room. They left me with my young children for 3 hours in the lobby until 22:30 and suddenly came up with a rooms when I said I was going upstairs to knock on everyone’s door. We used to be returning costumers. The hotel cannot control one guest behavior but we could not get what we paid for which is a place to sleep.
