It was only OK but I wouldn't recommend it. The staff is not particularly welcoming. The room is super small and yet you'll have to book based on exact number of person staying, else they will charge extra per head. I wouldn't stay there again.

I love the location. It 's near several stations, and it 's also walking distance from Tokyo Dome. It 's also located in a very nice neighborhood with some good priced stores and restaurants! Easy check out, and also complete amenities. The only thing I don't really like is the room space. For a double room, the room is very tiny for me and also it 's not really designed to be like a smart space (maximizing every space available for use). I think it won't really fit two luggages with enough comfort. Luckily me and my partner only brought one luggage here and hasn't purchased any additional luggage to fit our shopping items later haha. Maybe it 's best suited for a short staycation tho. Other than that I'm very happy with my stay here:).

Small room but it's good hotel, location good, very recommended. Very pleasant stayed in there.

The location is strategic. The service was excellent. They also provide a lot of free amenities like a face mask, moisturizer, cleansing oil, etc. Perhaps the hotel will consider using chicken sausage or chicken in their breakfast menu. Remembering not all of the guest eat pork. Just like me, because I’m a Muslim. So I had no choice but not to eat the bread up to 1-2 out of 3 😭

Pelayanan memuaskan, kamar tidur bersih, kamar mandi bagus dan bersih, dekat dengan stasiun dan halte, jadi memudahkan perjalanan.

Love this hotel so much. Near Ueno zoo, Ueno park, Ueno station, market and crowded area. Staff are friendly. Room is clean and big enough.

This hotel is super comfortable! The room is quite large for Japanese standards. It's clean too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the location is near Jimbocho station, which is a train hop away to a lot of area in Tokyo.

Kamar sangat bagus, bersih, lengkap meskipun mungil dan sempit. Lokasi juga dekat dengan stasiun Jimbocho. ada 7eleven, daison, dan mart kecil dekat hotel. bahkan semua amenities disediakan, dari sabun shampoo conditioner sabun muka, bahkan ada perlengkapan khusus wanita seperti facial mask, facial cleanser, cleansing oil, dll dan untuk laki-laki disediakan after shave dan cleansing gel, bonusnya ada shower bath. Sangat menyenangkan!

The hotel location is near to Jimbocho St. and located in the street called “book street”, so many book store in the street along path to the hotel. Nice rooms, staff also can speak English, and the amenities available in Front Desk, so you have to pick it up before going to room. This hotel also have washing machine, in case you have to wash your dirty cloths..

Dekat dengan stasiun Metro Subway, lokasi sekitar hotel nyaman. Untuk kamar bersih, front office juga ramah. Recommended.

I'm staying in Superior Room. For a Japan mid-range hotel, I think its quite big. The bed is also quite big and very comfy. This hotel is near to Jimbocho Station exit 7 and surrounded by shops and bookshop. There is a halal ramen shop nearby and in front of the hotel is Daiso. For ladies, they provide free amenities like face mas, cleansing oil, face wash etc. Which is a plus.

Except for the breakfast. We got the same menu every single day in the same week (mon-sun). It was Boring. Better not to book room including breakfast.

The hotel is pretty new, so it’s clean and neat. The location is very near to the station and there are plenty of restaurants, convenient store, and cafe. I love the free stuff that they gave. Service is great, the room small but enough for us.

Very good, so far this hotel gave me the best amenities, not just bathroom supplies but also ladies kit and it's very helpful
