Everything is just very good

location is great, just a block from all attractions and what you need, very friendly and lovely staffs, delicious breakfast and lunch in the bar.

Bad location, quite rough. The room is nice, but too many windows, making it cold and extremely noisy. On Fridays and Saturdays, there are drums until 3am, and drunk people screaming until 6am, making it impossible to sleep. The people at the reception couldn't even be bothered to talk. A Chinese guest was watching extremely loud "funny" videos during breakfast, I asked a member of staff to speak to the guest, and they refused it. Were were going to leave our luggage there and pick it up later, but we didn't feel like they were people of trust.

Wonderful hotel in the he heart of El Centro. Near everything.

Air conditioning

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, bom café da manhã, bom restaurante, escadas para entrar no hotel e sem ajuda para carregar malas, na saída ofereceram usar elevador de cadeirantes.

Tivemos um desgosto com um vidro do carro quebrado na frente do Hotel e infelizmente não tivemos apoio para obter a imagem para saber o que causo o prejuízo. No mais foi uma excelente estadia, apesar deste ocorrido.

Hotel com excelente custo x benefício, atendimento maravilhoso, café da manhã com variedades. Localização me deixou assustada quando chegamos, apesar de estar no centro e próximo aos locais onde queria conhecer. Fiquei com bastante receio de andar a pé.

Nos destaques do anúncio dizia que havia estacionamento grátis a 30m de distância. Porém era pago. Havia a possibilidade de deixar na rua, que tb era pago, ou em uma das 3 vagas do hotel, que eram para embarque e desembarque. Faltou clareza nessas informações. Fora isso, hotel muito bom, bel localizado.
