餐厅非常昂贵，而且没有服务

a nice stay in Lintong district. clean and hygenic environment safe to kids and family. The play room and kid swimming pool are best choices to kids which allows you spend a day to warror tomb or huaan hill and spend a family night in the hotel. haven't tried the hot springs but trust it's worth for visit.

All staffs are very helpful and friendly. Food and prices of its Chinese restaurant are excellent. Only shortcoming is its central air-con was set to heater mode which is a bit warm. Therefore, they quickly sent a cool air fan to our room.

酒店房间很大，圆形大浴缸很有特色，自带浴盐的话，可以在房间内舒适地泡澡。酒店温泉区域很大，需要付费进入。酒店的房间多，配套设施相比其他五星级酒店，稍显不足。酒店离开秦始皇陵较近，也是优势之一

The lady at reception was rude and cold, and took forever for our check-in. Didn't introduce anything about the hotel facility, or the details of our booking. As the result, we though we could use the spa and bought pricy swim suits from hotel shop. Until we entering the spa, the staff ask us to pay 208RMB/each. Water quality of the spa is poor, leaves and impurities are floating around, used towels and trash scattered beside the pool. Cleanliness need improve, the carpet in our room spreads all kinds of hair left by the former group. And the location of hotel is pretty remote, there is no store or restaurant nearby. 前台服務小姐態度冷漠無禮，登記入住過程漫長，不僅未介紹飯店設施，也未詳細說明預訂內容，以致誤以為包含溫泉設施使用，還在一樓賣店買了昂貴泳衣，要入場時才被告知每人需再加價人民幣208元才能使用，溫泉水質差，飄浮著樹葉和雜質，池水邊也不時掛著使用過的浴巾和垃圾，房間內地毯散布前組客人留下的各種毛髮，飯店位在重劃區，附近無商店餐廳，只能選擇飯店附屬餐廳或是搭計程車去臨潼市區。

This is very disappointing hotel for me, it really cannot count for five star level hotel n charged that expensive hotel fee. We booked 3 days in this hotel, as I expected to have a good service as they count the self at 5 star. However, we arrived to room become very disappointed, as the temperature at 25.5 degree which fixed by hotel, which cannot change. We required to change but the hotel replied that cannot change. It really too hot! The second day we want to ask for help to rent car n asked how much of taxi fee n something question that travel people would ask. But the lobby boy unhappy to answer our question n unlike show his face that is totally unprofessional! The breakfast no taste n no much choice that charge that higher cost. Finally, We have 2 people in the room that suppose have 2 big bath towel but only provide 1 towel in everyday that is very common service for hotel but it cannot provide it. How can count for 5 star hotel. The outside of the hotel nothing shop. I would not book this hotel anymore in future travel.

1. 位置距離華清宮計程車8-10分鐘，滴滴打車人民幣10-14之間看堵車情況，很適合要看長恨歌表演時住（第二場9:40開始、結束接近晚上11:00） 2. 飯店服務人員很熱情主動協助，前台值班經理岳鵬對行程規劃給了很棒的建議、另外Bob錄俊寶將協助我們設定滴滴打車，對第一次使用滴滴的旅客提供很大幫忙，再次謝謝！ 3、中餐廳好吃價格很合理，入住二天一夜用餐二次，推薦。

服務態度良好，運動設施也都完整。 房間很大，很舒服。 週遭步行只有一間購物廣場。 要去兵馬俑及其他景點要搭計程車。

整體印象很好，環境清幽，員工服務態度也很好，值得推薦。溫泉區環境都很好，有不同種類溫泉池，價錢都很合理。 要注意酒店維護工作要加油，房間內很多地方都比較舊及感覺污糟，如果不加注意，在過幾年就會很殘舊。

將行李存放在飯店櫃台小姐debby很快就幫忙處理 方便我們去看乒馬俑博物館很感謝

空调很差，很热的天气居然没有冷空调，说中央空调还没统一切换。给了个冷气扇，噪音大得要死，用呼啸来形容也不为过，只能关掉。水挺大，洗澡很舒服；泳池也不错，人不多

雖然離西安市區有點遠，但喜歡它夠安靜和設施！ 週日只得兩間餐廳開，吃得有點悶，沒有太多選擇。 附近有 outlet mall ，但是都要走十五分鐘左右，如果有車接送，會好好多！而且游泳池及其他設備早上九時半才有，又早關門！

酒店还是挺令人喜欢的，闹中取静，环境和工作人员都挺不错，各种设施也很齐全。 但是在一些细节上实在不懂管理方怎么想的。比如原先的欢迎水果取消了，然后屋子里的胶囊咖啡机也没有人修理，电视频道明明自己写得一次收费通看，结账时却看一部收一次费用。 另外房间的minibar，没有任何的消费价目表，也没有免费和收费的说明，这应该算刻意误导消费？

很棒的飯店

酒店硬件不错，但是消费偏高。酒店仅有来往景区的巴士，其余全靠叫车，还好滴滴还是很方便
