酒店位置很好，在CBD区，工作人员很乐于助人，但房间和浴室的清洁服务很缺乏，很粗心（毯子叠得很乱，水槽没有清洗，纸巾要向接待员要，床罩没有更换，垃圾很少扔，房间地毯没有吸尘）其余都很好

冬季期间，酒店必须免费延长退房时间至上午 11 点。 冬季促销（退房时间为上午 11 点）。很简单。

位置真的很棒，位于市中心，靠近电车和中央车站。但是当我入住时，我在墙上发现了一只小蟑螂，所以我认为清洁度不是很好。另一方面，它也是一家经济型酒店，没什么可期待的。

Small room but clean, large baggage may not be fully unfolded, very small bathroom. Good location, located in free tram zone with tram stop station in front of the hotel, the entrance was narrow, hard to find.

Everything was fine except the lobby toilet is a bit dirty.

Lokasi sangat ditengah city, kiri ada boba dan kanan burger enak. Utk makan yg lain juga tinggal jalan sedikit. Mau kmn2 gampang. Luas kamar cukup lah. Kamar dibersihkan tiap hari. Tp sayang ngak ada tlp dikamar utk tlp ke operator hotel. Dan karpet perlu di vacum ya

Lokasi sangat strategis berada di pusat kota dan sangat cocok bagi yang ingin bepergian singkat baik untuk bisnis maupun liburan.

The location was strategic and less than 5 mins walk to either Bourke St Mall or Flinder St station. Just 3 stops to Queen Victoria Market from the tram stop in front of hotel. You can find groceries, food and coffee within few mins walk. Budget price but with very clean and comfortable place for travelers to stay. The room came with all the basics and the bed was really soft, comfy. Had good night sleeps.I would stay again if I return to visit in future.

No mineral water in my room, but that's okay. Breakfast sooo yummy.
