根据我的旅行经验，我发现该酒店并不符合酒店所说的四星级标准。浴室很小。

Shower so weak, noisy from next room till 3am, simple breakfast, good thinks is location and friendly staff.

Very good hotel in the old quarter

the hotel was okey. not really that satisfiying but not really bad. I order family room with size 45m2. and it feels smaller than its size. there are so many foreigner in this hotel but the staff at the buffet hardly speak english. breakfast just like that. in my opinion it could be better since the price is not that cheap also.

Hotel is very clean, food not bad, they prepare hot yummy pho for breakfast, juice and fruits everyday. The hotel has lift, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Surrounded by good food sells by the locals, walking distance to shopping area and hoan kim lake .. nice!

Nội thất tương đối mới.. nhân viên nhiệt tình..lịch sự...ăn sáng ngon miệng ...view cửa sổ thoáng ... thường xuyên full phòng nên có nhu cầu cần đặt sớm... xung quanh tiện ích nhiều... thuận tiện di chuyển.

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên lịch sự, vị trí ngay phố cổ. Đồ ăn sáng ít món, không có gì đặc biệt. Sóng wifi rất kém.

Mình ở đây 2 lần, lần trước ở thì check in sớm vẫn cho mình nhận phòng, lần này thì nói nhận phòng sớm thì phải thanh toán phí 200k, mình cũng ok, tới ngày check out nhân viên lễ tân ok hết, không thu gì tức là trong giấy tờ ko có thu thu gì cả mà a quản lý thì nhắc thu 200k giống như thu riêng, nên mình vẫn thanh toán nhưng mình cà thẻ, chứ ko đưa tiền

Room is cosy with nice view. Staffs are very nice and friendly. I have tried the breakfast here, not so many food for selection, but they change the food every day, it really makes sense. The only minus point is the sound-proof of the main door of the room, it's really not good. I stay in room and can hear people talking. I wonder why the sound-proof of the window is very good, but the opposite for the main door. Anyway, I will come back this hotel in my next business trip.

Phòng cách âm không tốt, wifi quá chậm. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình, vui tính. Phòng nhỏ nhưng tương đối ổn, vệ sinh sạch sẽ mỗi ngày. Đồ ăn sáng hơi ít món.
