Phòng ẩm mốc, bốc mùi mốc nồng nặc

I check out early out of 6 night stay. The bed is like you sleep on the floor, some cockroach is appear willingly in the bedroom & shower.

Phòng ẩm móc, khăn tắm, grap giường không sạch, rất dơ. Một điểm cộng là địa điểm thuận tiện ngay subway. Tôi không hài lòng về phòng này.

I booked for 8 nights , room was bad , many bugs at toilet. 3 days before checkout I booked another hotel. Very disappointed.

The room is different from the pictures, and there are so many little cockroaches on the wall, in the toilet, etc. Breakfast is not satisfying too

Ini mah bukan hotel, tapi kayak penginapan biasa, berisik, terus agak bau tempatnya dan kurang bersih kamar mandinya. Terus kamarnya masih ada rambut-rambut orang, sangat tidak bikin saya nyaman.

No breakfast. Front office was hard to meet. No microwave. But very close to sinseoldong station.

Dekat sekali dengan pintu masuk MRT.

This hotel near from Sinseoldong station, and it made easy to travel by subway. Satisfying service. I got facilities like cable tv, hot water (bathroom), hairdryer and many more. Breakfast ready for Monday - Saturday at 8 a.m. only cereal and bread without jam.

The staff is kind. We got upgraded room for free. The heating system in the room also worked well, it kept us warm during our stay in November. Would love to come back here.

The location is good, right beside sinseoldong subway station. The cleanliness can be improved as there are insects here and there. About breakfast I’m really disappointed. First day only milk cereal and toast (without peanut butter and jam) second day only toast and milk. At least there should be butter for the toast.

ตอนแรกจองเพราะราคาถูกมากๆแต่ไม่คิดว่าจะสกปรกขนาดนี้ คิดซะว่าแค่นอน

Lokasi sangat strategis turun dr hotel lgsg ke elevator subway sinseoldong station; Pegawai hotel sangat ramah dan bs berbahasa inggris. Sayang tdk ad sarapan, kamar hotel lumayan dingin dan agak kecil, tp overall puas

Untuk breakfastnya susah ditemukan waktunya dan tempatnya

The hotel is in 5th floor, there is an elevator, but you still need to take half floor stairs to go to your room. And that is a nightmare when you are traveling with 5 suitcases. :( This hotel is self services, the key, check in and check out, all done without receptionist. This can be an advantage for late night comers.

ไม่มีอะไรดีสักอย่าง น้ำไม่ไหล ห้องไม่อุ่น เก่า ไม่มีบริการ ไม่รับผิดชอบ ให้มาดูน้ำก็ไม่มา บอกว่าทำไมต้องไป วางหูโทรศัพท์ใส่ แนะนำ ถ้าใครจะไปพักบอกเลยว่าไม่ต้องไป เสียความรู้สึก ยอมเสียเงินจองห้องฟรีเพื่อไปหาที่ใหม่ แย่ แย่มากๆ

Breakfast provided but not everyday. And not easy to find for the front desk people to ask for info. Room not comfortable and dirty. Outside corridor dirty and breakfast area very dirty too also no coffee serve but mention there's. Lift area has bad smell. This is my worse experience staying such a guest house.

The location is okay but bed is not comfort. When I booked the hotel there is free breakfast but apparently I was check in Saturday evening and the next day was Sunday the owner said no breakfast for Sunday as the shop close. They have to put in the information that breakfast only valid on Monday to Saturday so people can arrange it before arrive at the hotel.
