The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very strategic in front of the entrance of Hakata station and bus terminal. The hotel is very clean. There are coin laundry facilities, vending machines, and convenience stores on the 1st floor. Really recommended.

Good service. Near to the station. Near the Family Mart. Easy to find food in station with good price. They have laundry coins in their several floors. Small room but clean.

Near Hakata bus station & Hakata station. Check in with machine with staff assistance. Room is spacious for Japanese standard. We can open our luggage at the same time. Complementary drinking water and full of toiletries including pajamas. Staffs are friendly and helpful with limited English.

The hotel is located near to Hakata Station. All amenities are good, staffs are very friendly. Will recommend this hotel.
