Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. We chose this property because of its proximity to Santanyí, close enough for easy access (about a 20-minute drive) yet far enough to feel removed from the busier areas. At first glance, the grounds are stunning, with the on-site parking convenience that not all properties offer. Rooms Rooms are clean and receive evening turndown service. We stayed in the main building where the reception and spa are located. While convenient, this did mean we could hear other guests in the mornings and evenings. If peace and quiet are a top priority, this is worth considering when booking. Spa & Amenities The outdoor pool area is pleasant, with towels readily available. The spa, however, felt somewhat dated for a 5-star property. That said, it does offer a unique feature: the only thermal spa on the island with subterranean origin. The thermal area includes multiple baths and a thermal pool. The dry sauna was excellent, well-heated and conveniently located next to an ice room. Guests also have access to bikes and beach bags, and we were told a beach is just a 10-minute ride away. Dining The highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the dining. Every dish we tried was exceptional. Though on the pricier side, the quality absolutely justified it, especially in a region where high quality dining options are limited. The ceviche and steak were prepared perfectly, and the included breakfast was generous, offering both buffet and a made-to-order menu.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Zimmer ausreichend Platz, sehr schönes Badezimmer und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Das Essen war hervorragend.

The hotel setting is lovely. The rooms are sparsely decorated and the ac is not good enough to properly cool. Very few food choices in the room and at the restaurant. The gym in the morning was dirty and unkempt. The gym facility was all-together underwhelming. The massage was sub-par. But it was tranquil and relaxing.

What a gorgeous hotel…everything was very clean and the food was outstanding.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left every need was catered for. Collection from the airport, air conditioned Mercedes, great knowledgeable driver. 30 minute drive went quick. Late arrival, staff were waiting for our arrival, luggage taken to room, checked in with a glass of fizz. Woke in the morning to a beautiful location, the photographs don’t do it justice, such a quiet, still location. Breakfast, in fact all food, lovely, taste, pallet, wine, such options!! We had the taster menu, compliments to the whole team…. Wonderful!!! Lazy by the pools, hot tubs, cocktails brought to you, lunch light snacks, healthy smoothies, we worked our way through the menu in the short 4 days we were there, all great tasting!! The SPA…….. where to start, massage, relax, chill, embrace all the natural elements, every experience was so memorable. Staff so wonderful!!! The SPA cannot be missed, we spent most days in there doing something, the waters are definitely healing. Every need was met, lockers, drinks, snacks, left alone, the facility explained, the history, beautiful place. Diner by the pool, topped off the stay. The visit was part of a number of locations for our honeymoon, leaving Paris to come here was the best decision. Diner in Paris was amazing, but a sunset diner by the infinity pool topped it off!! Thank you. The beach….private, quiet, the lodge, shower, toilet refreshments all looked after in the private house. The water was amazing!! 5* location xxx

Fontsanta is a calm and relaxing environment, set in beautiful surroundings. The junior suite boasts private terrace and jacuzzi. The pools are clean and were always quiet when we visited at the start of June. The staff are warm and welcoming, on hand throughout our stay. The spa was also quiet during our visit, allowing for sole use of saunas and thermal pool. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, and the breakfast buffet offered everything we could have wanted and more. Thank you for a delightful stay, we will definitely return soon.

Hace una semana estuvimos con unas amigas en el hotel Fonsanta therma l& spa .Es un hotel que está en plena naturaleza y cuenta con un diseño rústico y contemporáneo lo cual hace sentir al huésped una sensación de paz y armonía. Fuimos recibidas por las simpáticas recepcionistas y la directora del hotel "Carla"fue en todo momento atenta y encantadora se preocupó que estuviéramos informadas de todas las instalaciones del hotel y hacernos sentir como en casa.gracias Carla por tu amabilidad,cómo no, la estrella del hotel el spa disfrutamos con sus diversas instalaciones y no podía faltar un masaje que fue la guirnalda del pastel gracias a Salma y Cristina salimos como nuevas con su fantástico masaje."recomendado".gracias a todo el equipo sobre todo a la directora.volveremos.caty desclaux

Fontsanta Hotel & its property are beautiful. The restaurant is simply amazing & so is the service there (thank you, Fatima). The front desk staff was helpful (especially Carolina). The housekeeping staff was top-notch. Our room could use some touch-ups in terms of paint, but the cleanliness was perfect. The spa area is a pleasant bonus but a tad run down in spots. Can definitely recommend a stay!

I found the thermal spa bit underwhelming. They have a series of plunge tubs in what amounts to your own cupboard. Neither was the spa explained or show and tell. On day 2 we figured how to get services round the pool again not explained. I was genuinely at one point told “tell me what you want to know” but I didn’t know what I needed to know! But the staff were all lovely, pleasant helpful but left you to figure it out. It’s a bit out of it so glad we only did a few nights.

Vorweg : fünf Sterne Hotel Toll und wunderschön angelegter Garten, zuvorkommende und herzliche Reception Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen „Sanierungsstau“ in der Suite Schimmel im Bad und ausgeschlagene Fliesen sowie unangenehmer Geruch aus der Klimaanlage also die Unterkunft eines fünf Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Sonstige Angestellte haben sich dem Ruhemodus der Gäste angepasst. Mein Fazit : Tolle Anlage mit Sanierungswürdigen Suiten und aufmerksamerem Personal
