Loved it!

It was fine, nothing extraordinary. Less than a mile from the Coos Bay boardwalk, so very walkable. Had an issue with the door lock having dead batteries. Staff member said she’d get us a $20 credit for the wait. Wasn’t on our bill when we left. They were trying to communicate with said staff member.

Nice river view and close to 2 major stores.

Excellent staff got us in our room a little early after a long drive. Room is clean, roomy and nice views on the water.

Nicely updated rooms. Nice water view and deck. Front desk staff was great.

We were surprised that the location was in the parking lot of the supermarket, this ended up being a good thing. The rooms were recently updated and we had a nice water view. The staff was nice and the local restaurants were pretty good.

Very nice customer service. The motel is still in flux of being renovated so there are some things that still need to be fixed. The room was pretty nice but it did have a bit of a musty smell. I don’t normally stay in motels as I don’t like outside entrances. The area around looks like it is under construction so it is a bit of a mess. Not many sidewalks around.

Requested a ADA assesible room and it was not on my reservation. Had to go out a purchase equipment to get by. We love staying there and have several times, however since it was bought by a corporation (Choice?) prices have almost doubled. Will be rethinking future visits to visit family in Coos Bay!

The inside has been updated nicely, good staff and can tell they are putting in the effort for the upgrade. Coos Bay is what it is, not this places fault.

All was good, comfortable, and clean… but the shower handle was broken in our room and wouldn’t produce hot water. Otherwise a quality motel.

The rooms have door jams on the sliding glass doors .... they all open up to the outside as if it was a motel and there is no elevator......no breakfast in the morning ....just a coffee machine.

Hotel was perfectly serviceable - staff was nice. No frills. Location was kind of interesting (next to an RV park, Fred Meyer and Safeway).

Good place

This is an older property that has been well kept and updated nicely. It is somewhat walkable and there are some grocery stores nearby. We liked the layout of the room and the water view.
