酒店员工友善，房间宽敞干净，地理位置优越

接待团队很棒，非常乐于助人。 房间很舒适，但是有蚂蚁，至少每周处理一次就可以预防。 不过，当我提到这个问题时，工作人员很快就介入了。接待员们再次表现出色。 我还可以提前寄存行李，退房后可以把食物放在冰箱里。 如果可以的话，我建议在浴室安装蚊帐。 房间本来可以安静一些，可惜的是，它隔壁就是员工休息室，员工经常不小心把门打开，从早上就开始大声喊叫，还大声监听视频/电话通话。 请记住，人们可能会喜欢安静的环境。 如果没有地方让员工休息，我建议在房间旁边设置一个，而不是在房间旁边。 我到达时，淋浴软管也坏了。如果你想用手持花洒，只能用橡胶软管，因为软管的钢圈都掉了。请仔细检查浴室。

Location of the hotel is smack at city center, nearby a lot of famous eateries the renovation of the hotel seems very classic style, the elevator is also old style but the room is spacious and the water pressure is good. They put a piece of glass to segregate the shower and the toilet bowl to prevent it from getting wet which is thoughtful. There are free parking available at the back of the hotel but very limited so better to download park@perak app to park at public parking. The downside is it gets very noisy at the middle of the night for no reason overall satisfied but not great.

The staff very helpful & friendly. They can give u recommendations for places to go & eat. The room clean, tidy & big. Overall everything was awesome!
