L’hôtel est ancien et peu pratique pour en ressortir. Le repas n’est de loin diversifié. La qualité de certains produits laissent à désirer. Rien à dire concernant le personnel. Tous très serviables

To start, we were greeted by Flavia, she was fantastic and I old us about the best places to eat nearby and so on. We stayed for 3 nights. A common theme for this hotel is everything is behind a paywall. For instance, if you want to use the sauna or Jacuzzi i think it’s €7 per hour. The pool closes at 6 pm which I found to be way too early (sunset is at 8:30). One of the worst experiences was talking to a member of the customer service, I believe his name was Fabio. Fabio was very rude and almost yelled at us when we asked them to use the sauna after 6. I have never felt more uncomfortable or upset while staying at a hotel that is supposed to be 4 stars. Also the towels are also to be rented fyi. In terms of condition, the hotel is very very old. You could tell from the room.

Jeg boede i en af familie værelserne, på den ‘hvide’ del, der var meget lydt, man kunne høre alt ude på gangen. Billederne på hotellet er meget flottere end i virkeligheden. Det ligner det er 2 hoteller som er ‘fusioneret’? Der blev gjort rent hverdag og der var lækker stor morgenmads buffet.

Sauberes Zimmer und Anlage, herzliches Personal, gutes Frühstück und wenn gewünscht auch abends Buffet für einen Aufpreis. Gerne wieder.

Tolles Hotel, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab 2 Pools die auch immer sauber waren. Das Frühstück war super.

Very very nice hotel, both pools absolutely amazing, choice at the breakfast buffet was great too… One or two of the staff could’ve been a little bit more smiley but other than that a great hotel

Hôtel sympathique, belle chambre, buffet petit déjeuner et diner plutôt de qualité avec de la variation des menus. Personnel souriant et agréable. 2 piscines à l'extérieur, proche du centre et de la mer. Un peu plus de jeunes allemands et donc de bruit les derniers jours.

Muy buena experiencia en Ona Palmira. Buen trato i hotel limpio.

Personnel accueillant disponible propreté des chambres petit déjeuner gargantuesque hôtel avec beaucoup de chambres mais calme pour ceux qui préfère les hôtels plus familiaux comme nous c'est pas ça mais on a été étonné donc une bonne surprise

Le confort sur la literie était à revoir, car les bougeait et les matelas n’étaient pas confortable. Le personnel de l’hôtel était plus que top, un grand remerciement à Mercedes (agent d’accueil) du soir qui nous a très bien accueilli. le petit déjeuner était très complet juste… les jus de fruits qui étaient très sucré. mais sinon superbe séjour.

Frühstück war gut. Bettwäsche hätte öfters mal gewechselt werden können und auch Handtücher. Geschirr war öfters mal nicht so sauber.

Il y a eu tromperie ! C'est 2 hôtels en 1, c'est l'usine !. Un hôtel 4 étoiles (ONA group) a racheté son hôtel 3 étoiles voisin (PALMIRA). Donc, toutes les chambres Standards et Deluxe sont du côté 3 étoiles et clients y sont délaissés, cartes d'accès ne fonctionnent pas, coffre fort payant ne s'ouvre pas, frigo qui fait de la chaleur... Parking payant 10 €/jour sans surveillance, pas de lumière. Petit déjeuners et repas demi pension corrects mais nourriture bas de gamme, grasse, répétitives. Il faut traverser 1 piscine, 2 jardins pour atteindre la réception (car pas de réception du côté 3 étoiles, l'entrée est sur une autre rue. Hall d'entrée sans surveillance. Ne vous faites pas avoir. Il y a d'autres hôtels, mieux organisés, dans la même rue. La location de voiture à l'aéroport est une arnaque : faut prendre toutes les assurances proposées. Sinon, vous perdez votre caution. Une VRAIE MAFIA, comme partout en ESP (SP).

I didn't like this hotel at all. There are so many points, but I will only list the most important ones now. First of all, nobody greets you when you walk past (staff). They all come across as arrogant and lacking in joie de vivre. The food is the same every day with minimal variety in the evening, if you want to get snacks upstairs at the reception, they take 40 minutes or longer to bring the food. On arrival no one accompanied us to our room and we were not told what was in the hotel. Our room was also never fully cleaned, something was always forgotten. During the 2 weeks I was there, our room was only cleaned thoroughly and nicely once and that was by a small dark skinned woman, much love to you! I have traveled many times and I have never experienced anything like this. In my opinion, this hotel deserves 3 stars at most.
