Overnight stay on the way to QLD. After hours check in simple. Easy parking. Room clean, comfortable and quiet with effective heating (cold in May). Convenient location a couple of blocks from the main shopping area. Highly recommend The Cottage Restaurant and Bar one block away along Barney Street. We got there late with no booking and they were very accommodating and the food was excellent.

Very easy to park. The room was spacious with reverse cycle Airconditioning. Very comfortable bed. Microwave kettle and toaster in the room. Continental breakfast was supplied which was very good.

The rooms were well appointed, with you need to prepare food, plenty of bench space and also well insulated. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room had been renovated, but the bathroom fittings were all a bit loose. The room was clean and had everything that was needed for one night but it was small. I had requested a ground floor room because climbing stairs is hard for me - and that was provided. Very good. A continental breakfast was available in a small dining room - very good.

Great location and comfy room. Bit unusual that the single bed did not have a doonah though - made for a chilly night in mid winter.

Great for an overnight stay for a family of 5. Easy check-in and parking. Staff very helpful.

Beautiful little property right in the heart of Armidale. Lovely staff and a delish breakfast! Clean well put together rooms.

All the staff was very helpful. The laundry roon needsa bit of cleaning. The,Reception lady wasvery Helpful.

I’ve stayed here twice now for the big chill 2024 & 2025. It’s been okay for the night both times. Okay area. Okay staff service.

Convenient location and nicely refurbished rooms and a reasonable price for the Easter longweekend. Family room was comfortable and suited us well, but could have been much cleaner. Very dusty room. Visable dust on the light switches, cobwebs in the bathroom and on the rangehood for the kitchennette. Cutlery and glasses in the kitchennette were visably dirty. We washed all the plates, cups, cutlery, pots and pans before using anything and had to dust and wipe down the shelves before putting our groceries away. Didn't do a daily clean service despite putting the hanger on the door to make up the room.

Clean and quite, handy location.

We didn't spend alot of time at the Motel but it was clean, nice space and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again if travelling through Armadale.
