The room is 70s era, nothing has been done. The carpet bedding , curtains smelt awful. A ply wood box is attached to the wall at a height you bang yoir head on upon trying to get into the bed. Mattress old old old.Like everything else, very very old and smelly.

On check in Gabin was courteous and helpful. He had even sent a message earlier in the day just to clarify our arrival time. The hotel was clean and quiet even though plenty of rooms were occupied. We couldn’t hear any street noise. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Parking was not an issue. The location made for easy access to shops and the motorway.

The cabin was clean and quiet. Lovely bed and soft sheets and towels .

Would not stay there again. Booked for 2 stayed for 1 due to urgent matters and they wouldnt refund the second night after giving plenty of notice! Their reason: Cleaners have gone home. Not happy 😡

The cabin was cute and perfectly adequate for our needs. Nowhere within walking distance to get breakfast despite being told by Sam it was 2 blocks away

We had a great stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. Manager brilliant and able to assist in any questions or changes we needed. I would recommend to anyone to stay here when visiting Maroochydore and the Sunshine Coast.

We had a great stay. It was close to the venue we were attending for a reunion And they accommodated us for a extra night on short notice that we were very grateful for Thankyou to the staff

Everything was clean but has tired decor. Apart from that all was good.

Avoid. On first impressions we were perfectly happy with our accommodation in room 12, it was old but perfectly serviceable, however in the morning we woke up in bed with a bed bug and on searching found more. There is no way we already had them as this was our first stay away in over six months. I caught two more bed bugs in a mug to show to reception and they just shrugged it off. We cancelled our other nights stay but no kind of refund or anything was offered for the nightmare of encountering bed bugs and the decontamination of all our luggage we would now have to do. We spent a whole day of our holiday at our next hotel washing and drying everything we had to avoid taking them with us. I emailed the wunpalm to see if they would at least cover the $40 we spent on washer and dryer fees and got no response. Disgusting customer service and worrying lack of response to such a serious issue.
