This is my first time staying in Luxe hotel.Previously i was staying in D5 area hotel.Everything was good about this hotel.It"s 5mins walk to ben thanh market.The hotel staffs ROY & NGUYEN was very helpful & kind.I was asking alots of enquiries about D1 area coz im not very familiar in D1.I did not have my breakfast for 5 days coz everynite i reach back hotel in the wee hour in the morning feeling very drunk so i didn't wrote any review.I will not hesitate to introduce anyone's coming to saigon for a holiday.This is the hotel u definitely must stay.Hope to be back again real soon....😃😃😃

Should give more option for breakfast menu.

We had to pay the towel washing fee, I think the staff wanted to take the money, and didn't give us a receipt for what we had paid.

Our first time in Vietnam. We really enjoyed it. The staff is really helpful. The hotel was clean and had a comfortable bedding. It was on walking distance to many attractions, malls, coffe shop. Easy to board to city hop on hop off bus. Simple breakfast but tasty. Sure we will comeback.

Got upgraded to a better room. It's clean & spacious.

1. Good location 2. Simple breakfast 3. The family room is big enough.

Great service and very friendly staff. They even let me check in 2 hours early at no extra cost.

good hotel... superb location.

My friends and I booked the family room and we are all really happy with the room, location and the service. The location is perfect, very near Ben Tanh market. The room was clean, modern and spacious. What we love the most is their service, as the hotel staff are really kind, friendly and helpful, even the parking/security guard. It is super worth the price we paid, and we would love to stay there again if we have the chance to go back.

Friendly staff. Room was clean, but sound proof not so good.

Worst experience ever! 1. The tiles are so dirty and a lot of dirt marks 2. changed two times for the rooms due to the noise from people next to the rooms, and even there are people smoking at the corridor of the hotel rooms (Never know that inside hotel compound can smoke?) 3. the glass door for the shower room cant close tightly and the water was flowing out till the whole toilet so wet 4. found a big insect in the room 5. the sound proof system is very bad until I can hear clear the people snoring sound next to my room at 4:30am! I can't sleep at all for the 2 nights stay in this hotel.

Convenience location, fair room for business.
