No wifi inside the room. Not convenient for those working remotely. No telephone inside the room, so you need to go to the lobby to ask for help. Only 1 pillow was given per bed and will need to pay for additional one.

Planned on staying for 2 nights, but we were surprised by cockroaches during our first night so we left the following morning with very little sleep (my son and I were scared the roaches were going to crawl into our bed while we slept!). It 's a 3 star hotel so we weren't expecting much, just a clean bug-free place to sleep in. However the front desk staff were super friendly so at least you have that.

Cleanliness and accessibility.

Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for Family with kids. The staffs are very accommodating. Place is just walking distance to The Mansion and Wright Park. This place is highly recommended and will definitely be back again.

The room had all the basic necessities, and was clean and comfortable enough. The kitchenette (with a small fridge, microwave and sink) was unexpected but welcome. The bedroom area and the bathroom could have used brighter lights. Aside from the two bedside lamps, there was only one small light above the mirror and one dim recessed ceiling light in the bedroom. Albeit beyond the hotel 's control, there were barking dogs and crowing roosters in the neighboring property that woke us up several times at night, even though we were on the eighth floor (apparently roosters crow even in the middle of the night, not just at dawn). The reception, housekeeping and restaurant (where we had breakfast) staff were all very friendly, courteous and helpful.

The room is comfy and spacious.

This was my second time to stay 😀 in this hotel. I have chosen this because we were comfortable during our first stay. The room is large and comfortable but it would be better if they would put a mini fridge also. They have a safe parking space at the basement too. Would stay here again on my next visit to Baguio.

All I can say is, it's great. Just a few problems with their facilities, but overall it's great, clean, cozy and spacious.

Very accommodating staff! Location is also superb!

The room is clean and I like the ambiance, pero dapat sana no need na magrequest pa ng maglilinis ng room like in other hotel services. It would be better if there is a buffet for breakfast nila, but we had 3 days well spent stay there.
