房间很不错。预订的是特大床房。但房间的地板需要更换/翻新

地理位置便利，步行即可到达金融公园。附近有几家餐厅，价格会根据季节而有所不同。总的来说，我对这次体验很满意。

The stay and service quality were just not worth the price we paid. for RM200+ we could have gotten a better stay at other hotels in Labuan. and it was disappointing considering it is a relatively new hotel. the aircon was not cold. we mentioned it to the receptionist. two technicians were sent but it didn't make any difference. we woke up sweating. we didn't bother to ask for a change in rooms because it was only for 1 night. we will not go back to this hotel.

The hotel are good and clean. Room are big. There a self laundry nearby. Location very convenience.

Aircon tidak berapa sejuk, makanan ada semut kecil.

The hotel environment are peaceful and it's accommodation are comfortable.

Comfy bed, big room facing pool. Surprised when was informed no stocks on bath gel. Very disappointed with breakfast.

I booked for 2 pax room with free breakfast but I Only got 1 free breakfast. They don't event explain in detail why shud I pay for the breakfast.
