性價比低，整體品質中下，沒電梯，毛巾，浴巾。

冷氣太差了，開了整天都非常熱。 本來book 了 榻榻米，但變了碌架床。 但店員的服務質素還可以，很有熱情。 但冷氣問題真的影響最大，完全是敗筆。

雖有廚房，但爐頭不能用，不方便家庭煮食，但他們可借微波爐。環境寧靜，與南海電鐵感覺有點遠。廁所滿意。

洗手台沒有熱水，樓梯陡峭不方便帶托運行李，冬天開暖氣整晩都不暖，訂10個晚上只住了兩晩上就趕快搬家。

The owner's attitude is terrible, the arrogant and impolite from his speech will ruin your good mind in trip.

The room is very very dusty, the air conditioner, ceiling light and closet have a layer ob dust and fibers about 3 to 5 mm. We cleaned it and told to Italian manger, but he said they provide the cheapest rooms and if you don't like you can check out anytime. That's the most dusty room I ever stayed and the worst thing is the attitude of the manager. 冷氣機, 燈的上方 , 櫃子內 ,累積的灰塵棉絮很厚的一層,自行擦拭後反應還被負責的義大利人酸一入住時就可決定不住退房,因為他們是最便宜的 ,不高興的話去住貴的飯店, 這真是我一輩子住過灰塵棉絮最厚且態度最差的地方.

The boss is very nice! Unless the bathroom is very small to standing and the bed has the voice of iron, the location is about 10mins to main station(namba station) by walking but a little hard to find the hostel. And you can be walk to the town center with some night shops about 20mins only. Overall, that is a good hostel for single travelers as this price.

Too bad.

非常髒 ！ 難民營 ！亂 ！

They sent me “the check in time is 3pm.” But until 4pm no staff came and the inside was very crazy. No locks, no safes(it had but the safes didn’t work as safes. It was just shelves). And besides, A woman has to stay in man dorm. This place is the worst in Japan. I couldn’t believe it was the hostel in Japan..

The lodge was closed when I showed up (though I had a reservation) so I stood outside for a while until the owner came out of a restaurant next door. There was then some back and forth on whether I would walk 25 mins or be driven to another hotel he owns across Osaka. At the place I finally ended up, the bed was comfortable and relatively spacious for a hostel, but the bathroom was gross (the sink didn’t drain, the toilet and counter were dirty). But it would’ve been nice to know about the closure before arrival.

部屋が汚い。臭い。虫が沸いて出てくる。床が水びたし。 シャワー室も虫が沸いてる。階段からしかトイレに行けない。

Never ooened when I arrived till 30 minutes later and raining someone told me that the admin was in a pizza place..Since I arrive until I left there was no internet. The room smell alot of smoke. The person from the room of the side smoked and never the administrartor say nothing. Aldo grtting there is difficult because google maps at first shows a different location.

i was lucky to find this hotel. the owners are kind. the rooms and the bathroom are clean. cozy. thank you ^^

It is great location for people to travel in Osaka. Nearby got supermarket and shops to shop around.

What a great hostel! The location is perfect, you are within walking distance of the Namba strain station, a plethora of great restaurants, markets, and Dotonbori street -a major tourist attraction. I got to know the staff by name and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and even helped me figure out how to work the SIM card I had bought. You get a great value for an affordable price.

The location can't get much better - a short walk away from Nipponbashi and the main Namba nightlife and shopping district. The owner's son was extremely helpful and friendly. The dorms were basic but very clean with comfortable bedding, AC and WiFi. The kitchen had cooking facilities, a television, etc. The shower room was a little run-down but I've seen worse. It was definitely value for money, especially considering the location, and I appreciated the friendliness of the owners. I'd stay there again for sure. Thank you Vitti Lodge!
