Tatiana at the front desk was amazing!!!! But when I got there and went to get the ice bucket out to go get ice, it had a quarter of an inch of dirty water in it with a couple of dead bugs and old food in the bottom of it. The couch was very dirty. The TV would not stay on, it would just go black and I’d have sound only and no picture. The bed was so high for a handicap room that I had to jump up on it to get in it and ended up pulling my back. It was so noisy, I basically didn’t sleep for the two nights i was there. I just wasn’t impressed overall like a Hampton Inn usually impresses me. However, the breakfast was more than adequate and tasted pretty good. The young man, Tuesday morning at checkout, was also very nice and kind.

Hotel was pretty good and clean.. the surroundings of the hotel had people wandering and lot of pot holes on the way to reach hotel

Location is what I needed. No sweetener in B’fast area, no hand rail in shower and the joint barn door style falls short on function. 😊

Staff was very nice and service was great. The night stand lighting did not work nor did the nightstand charging ports.

We’ve chosen this facility to be our lodging of choice when visiting our son and his family. We visit every couple months and stay anywhere from 5 to 14 days or more, and the service and amenities are always perfect. Room is always clean. Service includes s always exemplary! We will continue to stay here when we’re in town.

Quiet and comfortable. Even had fantastic shower and bath products. Gym was nice, breakfast was good, and slept great! I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great…..easy access to all stores. Check-in process was easy-staff very friendly.

Friendly people

Would love to see easier access to water that we can drink. It's Texas in the summer. The front desk worker was great about giving us water bottles when we asked, but our family was there for sports and felt like easier access for more water would have been great. Overall though, fantastic staff, rooms, and overall stay.

Spring mattress could use and updated version.
