Two sets of stairs to first floor apartment - no lift - meant hauling up luggage was difficult

My apartment was clean and had reasonable amenities. Bathroom was good. The bed was fairly short (my feet stuck out of the end and I’m not that tall). There was no air con and the inside temperature of the room on a night was 25 degrees so I couldn’t sleep.

Always love staying here convenient location, comfortable, quiet and clean apartment.

We had a great stay at Crane Court. Communication was amazing. My email had been compromised while abroad for a month(stressful as check in is online) But I communicated through the app and they forwarded everything to my spouses email. Check in was easy, someone was even on site at the time and helped us as well. The room(lower level #2) was spacious for European standards, shower was good too. There was a fan we used, the tea kettle with supplies were a nice touch as well. Laundry/Dryer duo, tv, stove top and microwave all available. Didn’t notice much noise other than our neighbours coming and going. 10 min walk to the tube, bus stop nearby and easy walking distance to covent gardens etc. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend. Great place, good location, quiet at night. Only feedback i have is think about stocking salt and pepper in the kitchen and a dark towel

Very much enjoyed our stay at Crane Court. The lower studio apartment was perfect for our needs, a big plus having the washer/dryer and kitchen. Very clean throughout, and any questions were answered swiftly by the wonderful Andra. Location excellent, within walking distance of Covent Garden and St Paul's, with a local Tesco about five minutes away and transport aplenty. Would definitely recommend.

Perfekt für einen City Trip! Tolle Lage und funktional eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Bett war bequem. In der Küche gab es sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine:) Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten London Eye, Big Ben und St. James Cathedral sowie zum Vergnügungsviertel Covent Garden sind es nur ca 10min zu Fuß.

I liked the property was quiet. I didn't like was value for the money. It's overpriced.

There are stairs that you have to navigate, however, there is a lift (elevator) for luggage and going up n down if you are slightly limited. Overall, the staff was WONDERFUL, ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY. Senket was so helpful, my mom and i truly appreciated his help!

Comfortable, cosy and well equipped, a perfect little pad for a weekend in London. And ideal to stay in the City as it's so much quieter at the weekend than central areas.

Good location. Clean & had everything needed. Only bad point was the heating, just one small heater in main room & towel rail that never came on in bathroom?

Great place to stay. Location is central to the City of London, the Thames and the tube. Comfortable and well appointed suites.

Nice small studio apt. Easy to acess

Nice, quiet apartment. Cons: Most dining in this neighborhood is closed on weekends and holidays. 10 min walk to Temple or Blackfriars (District/Circle Line) or Chancery Lane (Central Line).

The apartment is in a good location. It is let down by poor soundproofing.
