The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. Only two issues are not good: 1. Location, it requires travel to the nearest shopping mall but not walkable distance. 2. The room I stayed is quite noisy.

My only complaint is that I only stayed one night.

Convenient location, lovely small and cosy room with spacious bathroom. Little extras like snacks and a mini bar fridge. (Loved the piece of tart placed next to the bed, with the turn-down). Super friendly and very helpful staff. The art everywhere is a special touch. I'd happily stay here again whenever I can get a good rate!

A pleasant hotel with attentive staff and very good food. Some of the rooms are on the side of a high way that runs quite close to the hotel and the noise can be quite something if your windows are open.

My experiance with this hotel was amazing. The room was very clean and the service top notch. The food from black bamboo was just as perfect. Just some little not important things out of place. All in all, a great stay.

What a find!! We had to stay 1 night in Pretoria and thankfully came across the Menlyn!! The artwork and facilities were amazing, we were just sorry that we couldn’t take full advantage. We are in the restaurant and it was a small menu but fantastic food, excellently presented and tasted wonderful! Breakfast, which was included in the cost was the same, you could have had anything including beetroot juice and all the other healthy options. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

El hotel es perfecto tanto para estancias cortas de pareja como para estancias largas de negocios. Las instalaciones son muy actuales, el interiorísmo muy cuidado y agradable. El gimnasio es muy pequeño pero suficiente para unos minutos de ejercicio. El restaurante es buenísimo, el desayuno me pareció delicioso y el servicio inmejorable. El menú degustación para cenar es muy recomendable para darse un capricho. Solo puedo decir una cosa mala y es que la ventana de mi habitación no cerraba al 100% por lo que se oía bastante una fuente que hay en el parking, pero supongo que no será un problema en el resto de habitaciones.

Nice hotel and surroundings in general, but I the shower has not been cleaned, there were hairs on the shower floor, and the toiletries half used and open awaiting me. Also make sure you don’t receive the room across from the gym, from early morning you’ll hear people running on the treadmill and operating the machines. Overall not what I expected.

L'hôtel demande quelques réfections à certains endroits. La chambre est très confortable mais il y a des odeurs nauséabondes d'égout devant notre chambre... et qui s'infiltre a l'intérieur. Le restaurant se veut gastronomique (avec des portions riquiqui) et des prix beaucoup plus chers qu'ailleurs. Cependant, le service est loin d'être à la hauteur. L'endroit est sécurisé. La piscine est très propre et nous avons pu y prendre notre verre de vin ! Très bien.

Boutique Hotel somptueux ....dommage qu'il est situé juste à côté de l'autoroute et que l'insonorisation des chambres n'a pas pris en compte cette présence.
