An average experience. This hotel has a fabulous location, very nice views! Unfortunately, we had higher expectations of this hotel as what we saw and read on their website was not really what we got. We got a room underneath the tea factory, the smell in the hallway included. Also, in the morning and during the day, you can hear the machines running. The room was ok, but not as shown on the website. The internet and TV did not work. No aircon. Having breakfast or dinner outside on the deck is not possible, although it is shown on the website. We were disappointed...
