Actually this was an amazing hotel to stay at, it is a great location in Rome Norte (can walk to Chapultapec park, there is also Ecobici nearby) and it was very affordable. The room was very clean and nice, and the TV was also good. Only slight problem is it's kind of noisy at night so bring earplugs..

Everything was good except for one night that I was charged 500pesos and in cash because a friend that came over to see us, left past 12 AM. I thought this was a bit too much.

Small hotel but good located

I highly recommend Capital St. I was given a lovely modern small apartment that had a kitchenette, lounging room and bedroom and even a small balcony for a good price, very clean, and right across the street from a supermarket and big shopping mall. Wonderful shower. The front desk crew was very nice and accommodating.

There is lack of informing in the room.

El lugar muy cómodo muy limpio, el personal excelente son muy amables y atienden todas tus necesidades, nos apoyaron mucho desde la reservación, el lugar muy bien ubicado cerca de todo, agradezco mucho sus atenciones, recomiendo ampliamente Capital suites, sin duda volveré a hospedarme con ellos.

Great relation price/property. Good location…

Hotel room is spacious and well maintained. Our room is facing the street and could be noisy for light sleepers like us. Lucky that we are on the fourth floor. It’s not too bad. Many cafes nearby!

It was very walkable property to anywhere you needed to go.

buena ubicación y buen tamaño lo único que no me gusto es que al llegar tienes que presentar tu CSF si quieres factura, si no la tienes ya no hay forma de que te facturen

Very friendly staff, very nice accommodations, across the street from a mall that has a supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of many of the city attractions.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El personal muy amable. Sólo no servía el refrigerador. Lo reporte recién llegué. Pero de ahí en más, todo bien.

Si tuviera aire acondicionado y que la entrada al estacionamiento fuera automático sería de 10

Me gusto todo, el unico detalle que no me gusto es que el balcon del departamento, en lugar de piso, es una rejilla de fierro que sientes que se va a desprender en cualquier momento.
