柜台小姐服务快捷、合作高效。总是面带微笑。房间打扫得很干净。每位员工都乐于助人。其他设施都在附近，触手可及。楼上视野开阔。

一切都还好。离利园和金永市场有点远。房间风格比较老旧，但接待员非常友好热情。会说马来语和英语。

Staff allowed us to check in early. Halal food is easy to find, just cross the road and you can try Alina & Halal Food Restaurant. I tried seafood pizza and nasi goreng ketam, and it's very delicious. Even though the hotel is old, they do renovations and the room is also clean and comfortable.

A very old hotel. The room smells musty. Bathroom very old, no maintenance.

Unfortunately the hot water shower is in disorder.

Sangat menyenangkan menginap di Kosit Hotel, lokasi dekat dengan agen-agen tour dan mencari makan juga sangat mudah. Kamar mandi dan tempat tidur sangat bersih. Ada bathtub di kamar mandi, air hangat dan air dingin berjalan lancar. Disediakan kulkas dan kettle listrik untuk memasak air. Terima kasih Kosit Hotel..

ที่พักใหม่ สะอาด บริการดีค่ะ ถ้าไปสงขลาจะไปพักอีกแน่นอน

Bilik dia besar. Best jgk stay kat hotel ni. Everything oklah. Katil dia besar, dan tilam empuk. Yg x best, wifi dia slow wei..Tapi bagi aku, no problem sangat. Sbb aku ada beli simcard dtac 200baht. Laju gila. Hotspot 6 orang pakai. Still laju. If kau bergantung pada wifi hotel jer, xda beli simcard, memang x oklah. Lagi satu, dalam bilik ni ada kettle. Tapi aku x masak air pon. Sbb, tak ada condiment mcm teh or coffee yang dia provide pon kat kita. Cawan kosong jer ada. Alahai. Haha so, conclusion p beli nescafe 3 in 1 kat 7E hehe Bagi aku, 7/10 lah rating aku boleh bagi.

recommend for family as there's joint room available and very spacious. the room very clean & tidy

The hotel was as expected. I was happy that they serve halal food at the hotel's restaurant. Its convenient for us muslims. We enjoyed our short stay. The hotel front desk staff are very helpful to us.

ไม่สะอาดเลยค่ะ หน้าด้านรวมๆแล้วดี แต่ห้องน้ำสกปรกคะ

ดีตรงที่อยู่ใกล้แหล่งหาของกิน ซื้อของฝากกลับบ้านได้ง่าย ไม่ไกลมาก ส่วนที่พักในโรงแรมก็ถือว่าดีระดับหนื่ง สมกับราคาที่พัก

All’s good but the bed are hard not soft..please replace the bed for your good..thank you..

Staf ramah dan kamar bagus, lokasi strategis dekat pusat jajanan.

Overall it was quite good but nothing much around the hotel. However a little refurbish is required as the hotel is quite run down.
