Postcode of the hotel took us to a wrong address. Luckily, the kind lady drew me a map and directed me to the right location. Thanks to her. Too many stairs to climb and with heavy luggage it was harsh. Without an air con or electric fan, the room feel stuffy. Otherwise, location is great, handy to all tourist attractions. It is a good pick!

Great natural location, but not easy to find it, especially drive via GPS. Good in breakfast.

這酒店環境優美房間舒適有齊基本用品，想去這酒店最好是要自駕遊，酒店有充足車位，如果是坐火車或巴士要預留時間，在聖誕節去的話公共交通是沒有，整體很滿意。

The outlook of the hotel is good but the room is pretty awful. No air con, lift is out of order and small room.

Clean and comfortable room. Lovely views. Quite old fashioned and could do with updating. Bathroom very small. Limited plugs by the bed. Inadequate window coverings so very light in the morning. Car park very tight for space when a wedding is on.

The breakfast is OK but overall a nice place to stay

Absolutely stunning setting close to Bath. The staff were courteous and helpful, the bed was comfortable and everywhere was clean. Breakfast food was of good quality and served in beautiful dining areas. Hope to return soon.

check in very easy and friendly helpful staff, nice room, had better evening bar meals, but breakfast was very good

Hotel rooms are 'tired' and could do with upgrading. Wifi is poor in certain rooms and the cooked breakfast is 'cafe-like'.

The property was very nice but we found the beds very uncomfortable and the shower was very poor, with virtually no flow

Room for improvement

Clean room with modern bathroom. Very hot in room and fan provided however did not help much. Unable to get parked in hotel car park or overflow and limited parking on street

The bed was really lumpy and uncomfortable. Everything else was fine. The evening meal was good too

The hotel is beautiful Victorean property. The location is idyllic between the hills. The only issue was the narrow entrance and the lack of parking due to the tour buses the used 4 parking spots. Other than that, the hotel was a hit. I would definitely stay again.

Bastante agradable buena atención magníficas vistas en muy buenas condiciones generales muy bueno el desayuno. Ampliamente recomendable
