此酒店由火車站行去5只要5分鐘左右路程，非常之近及方便，酒店的裝修及設計都比較現代，跟一般意大利的裝修設計不同，所以都不錯

Location good, 5min walk from central station. Room clean and new, nice staff and delicious breakfast, everythings are great !

In walking distance to the S.M.N. train station, with a brilliant breakfast buffet. New design accommodation. SPA allows guest above age 12 and requires swimming suit.

整潔、早餐很好服務好，市中心方便出遊

整體而言非常棒! 房間設備新穎、乾淨，位置也方便! 住宿期間飯店外輕軌剛好在維修，但走到火車站和搭乘outlet shuttle也還不算太遠(約5-7分鐘)，晚上十點多回飯店也還覺得安全。早餐很棒，還有提供榨汁機可現場自己DIY榨蔬果汁，孩子很喜歡。之後如果有機會再來佛羅倫斯，還是會選擇這家旅店入住。

Hotel比較新。地點近火車站，非常方便。早餐還算不錯。Spa 沒有使用，所以沒法評論。

A modern and clean hotel, with a balcony in my room. The view is just fair. The environment is clean and tidy. The breakfast is delicious with variety of food for you to choose. The wifi signal is up to standard. The rooftop view is excellent.

Overall is quite new, room is large, good design, wifi is ok, close the rail station. However, there is dirty on the room floor.

入住是面對街景.對面有看到摩天輪.晚上非常的吵.一直要到10點或12點才會安靜.床的下墊很差.壓下去會發出聲響.與櫃台反應也只是告訴你滿房了.明天要換房請整理好行李到櫃台在給你房間.服務態度不太友善.

At the back of SMN station, 5 minutes walk from station. The room was very nice, clean and modern. The breakfast had lots of choice with great coffee and friendly employee.

Property was excellent staff were awesome and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent

Top Hotel im Herzen der Stadt Modern, sauber und perfekt gelegen – dieses Hotel überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll und ruhig, das Frühstück vielfältig und frisch. Besonders hervorzuheben: der freundliche Service und die zentrale Lage, ideal für Stadtentdecker. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt mitten im Geschehen.

Propre et bien situé. La piscine ferme tôt. Les employés à l’accueil sont compétents mais pas très chaleureux.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was perfectly placed and easily walkable to everything. Pool area and facilities were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic

L'hôtel est très beau, très propre. La piscine est aussi très belle et très propre. Le personnel à l'accueil était peu accueillant. L'hôtel est situé très près de la gare, qui est pratique mais il y avait toujours des attroupements d'hommes que nous devions croisé pour nous rendre dans les endroits plus touristiques. Nous étions 2 femmes, donc nous nous sentions moins en sécurité. Et les alentours de l'hôtel étaient moins beaux.

My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing! The pool was a lovely way to cool off. The hotel is in a great location to get to and from the airport.(One tram ride) If you are travelling around Italy, the train station and bus stations are very close. Most attractions are within a walkable distance. The tours and experiences I booked had meeting places within a walkable distance also.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it . The location is good , breakfast is excellent and it was nice to use the pool after a day exploring Florence . Would definitely come back
