Best hotel experience ever. They are the most amazing people and hotel in the city. Made me feel so comfortable and taken care of during my surgery healing process. There was also room cleaning service everyday which was very nice while recovering in a room. Love them!

The primary issue with this hotel is the management. They show a blatant disregard for customer rights, prioritizing their own preferences instead. Despite numerous follow-ups, including phone calls and a detailed email sent two weeks ago, I received no response. Additionally, I had outlined specific requests for my check-in, but unfortunately, these were completely ignored, showcasing a lack of professionalism and respect.

Hotel de bır gece kaldık, sessız sorunsuz bır oda talep ettık fakat hotelın odasında ses gelıyordu, su boru sesıydı sanırım ve sabaha kadar devam eden bır ses oldu. Lobıyı aradıgımızda bunun ıcın yapabıleceklerı bır sey olmadıgını soyledıler ve bız o ses ıle sabaha kadar kalmak zorunda kaldık.

I didn’t like the location of the hotel, the carpet is very dirty, the room is small and the breakfast buffet is very limited and boring! I wouldn’t choose to stay there again!
